A pleasure working with Andrew Benson at Monet Medical regarding some equipment service in my area, truly a professional.

We spent pent a lot of money with these folks, and both large items I bought had significant problems shortly after the 1 year warrantee. I was saddened to find that many of the parts that you would expect to be evaluated in the reconditioning process were in fact worn and then failed. In the end they abandoned me as a customer and Im having to pay a boatload more money to replace one of the major items only 2 years after I bought their reconditioned products. Perhaps this is an isolated incident but I suggest that when you speak with them, clarify exactly how the product is being refurbished and particularly about parts that can be worn such as O rings and batteries and such.
