I have had many massages at hotels and spas all around the world but none even come close to the professional and truly relaxing massage I have received at Thoughtful Touch. No matter how much more money the others charged, I have not found anyone to compare. You can tell how much the owner cares about her practice and business. The facility is clean, well kept, tasteful and creates a soothing & relaxing environment. Stacey is truly a professional and asks questions about where your body needs attention so she can work stiff muscles or aches and pains. I never give long reviews but Thoughtful Touch is well deserving and certainly has earned and will continue to receive my patronage as a customer. The name chosen is perfect because it is a description of the attention you will receive. Even down to giving you a bottled water as you leave. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

If you are looking for an excellent foot, lower leg, shoulder and head massage, this is the place to go. Stacy is very professional and courteous. She frequently checks in to make sure the experience is good for you. I struggle with poor circulation in my feet and lower legs, but I can literally feel the blood flowing back into my toes while she is massaging. Her prices are very reasonable which makes it possible to visit often.

Maybe it was an off day, but I went here because of the other good reviews. I just walked in to see if anyone was available, and it was empty, so I signed up for an hour. She insisted I pay up front, which felt odd, but I paid and proceeded to the massage room. The message itself was just ok. Pretty repetitive and cookie cutter. Some massage therapists really find problem areas and focus on them, others just go through the motions. This was the latter. The message tables are dreadful, though. In almost every massage Ive had, they adjust the headrest to an ergonomic angle so that all the pressure isnt all on your forehead, which gets very uncomfortable very quickly. They also typically put a bolster under your ankles so that all the weight doesnt end up on pressure points. Not here...Finally, she would also answer the phone and door, leaving the room multiple times to set up other appointments and so forth right in the middle of the massage. I get that you have to do what you have to do, but she offered no apology and no time extension, which didnt feel very professional.45 minutes into the massage, when she started working on my feet, she decided to suddenly require me to wear a mask. This was jarring since there was no mention of it before, and seemed strange to require only when she was literally at the farthest part of my body from my face...After all of that I decided I would still leave a modest tip to be polite despite the experience being poor. She seemed put off when I offered to tip with a credit card, and generously said she wouldnt charge me an extra fee for tipping with a card.I offered a 10% tip and she complained that I was not tipping her enough for her hard work and I should tip 20%. I was really quite taken aback at that, since I would typically tip 20% for a positive experience, so I told her to up it to 15... She took that to mean 15 dollars rather than percent, but I didnt have the energy to argue with her. Her assertiveness got her a 25% tip, but made for such an awkward finish to an already uncomfortable experience that I certainly wont be back.Ultimately, despite it being a decidedly 1 star experience overall, I am aware of the effect very negative reviews can have in small business, so while I am sharing my whole experience, the rating is based only on the massage itself.

What an absolutely fabulous Zen space feeling environment on my first visit. Great energy connection with Stacy from the get go and what a 120 min flow deep everlasting massage I got from head to toe. She shows her passion and energy through wellbeing and mindfulness bringing joy and happiness giving an exuberant body mind connecting the soul massage. Warm oil is a superb introduction to the skin completely relaxing from there and well below the surface. Hot towels at the end makes a clean, fresh and light floating feeling completing the journey of wellbeing.Thank you, Stacy.Michael A.

Anyone who understands the benefits of a good therapeutic massage knows how important it is to find the right therapist. I visited several massage places before I found Thoughtful Touch, and now I won’t go anywhere else. Stacey is friendly and welcoming and she really knows how to alleviate the stress and anxiety we’re all feeling these days. A great massage may be just what you need right now!
