Dr.Hsus office got me an appointment in 2 days of me calling. I was so worried it would take weeks to get an appointment. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and most impressed with Dr Hsu. She is very sharp and knows what shes doing. It took a little time to get me int surgery. But that was the my insurance. They only would let it be done at a specific hospital. Im happy with my results. Im a week out today. I look forward to total recovery. Thanks for helping me.

The first time I saw her she was very nice & reassuring that I did not require any treatment at that time & discussed that I may need treatment later on. When I returned expecting the next step in treatment, she skipped her previous discussion of conservative treatment going straight for invasive surgery. When I asked to have the pros & cons of the procedure options explained she was very patronizing & demeaning & refused to discuss the details. After she knew that I was upset she tried to make amends by spending more time with me & saying she had misunderstood my questions. But no amount of misunderstanding could explain away that level of arrogance & the disrespect that I felt from her. She did not address my concerns or make me feel at ease with the planned surgery or comfortable being under her care & I left feeling very disappointed & upset.I will not be her patient anymore.

Dr. Hsu was very thorough in my exam and in my surgery. I would recommend her and am very grateful for her medical expertise!

Everyone in Dr. Hsus office was fabulous! Dr. Hsu was so nice and an excellent doctor! I had to trave overl an hour and a to see her but it was well worth it!

IT ALL BEGINS WITH SCHEDULING AND CALLS. I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YVONNE HSU THE SCHEDULER IS VERY RUDE AND IMPERSONAL. THE DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I GET A CALL FROM THE OFFICE ASKING IF I COULD PLEASE CHANGE MY TIME? THAT A FEW APPOINTMENTS CANCELED AND COULD I COME IN EARLIER? I CALL THE OFFICE BACK BEFORE 5 THAT EVENING AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I THINK THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND THERE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN ANYONE TO ANSWER. I CALL THIER OFFICE FIRST THING THIS MORNING TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED AND THAT I WOULD BE CALLING BACK TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT. THE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW IS THAT JUST NOW I GET A CALL FROM THE OFFICE SAYING THAT THEY NEED TO GO OVER THIER SAME DAY CANCELATION POLICY. I SAID, NO NEED I WONT BE COMING BACK. IM ALREADY IN TRAMA JUST HAVING TO HAVE THIS SURGERY AND LOOKING FOR THE BEST DOCTOR TO DO IT. BUT IM NOT GOING INTO AN OFFICE THAT DOESNT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME RIGHT AWAY. I THINK THIS OFFICE OWES ME A CANCELATION FEE DUE TO THE 4+ CALLS I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS. IM SURE THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE NOTES THAT I CALLED. I HOPE THE OFFICE GIRLS WERE WORTH THE LOST REVENUE AND THE HELP THAT I NEEDED. THANK YOU
