Dr. Twitchell has been my primary care physician for 21 years. Hes like an old friend...he and his nurse are kind, compassionate and caring. I really trust Dr. T. he is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain things, and answer questions. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait at appointments, but thats ok because he takes his time and never rushes you. The support staff are always very prompt about calling me back and hes very quick with medication refill requests. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Twitchel has stopped seeing my mom a few times now because she had to cancel a couple appointments. They were emergencies both times. After she begged for him to take her back he would agree after she pretty much got on her knees. He has been her doctor for 25 years and they treat her horribly. She has tried to find other doctors but has a hard time going anywhere else cause she is on so many medication for lots of medieval conditions. Dr. Teitchell never calls in her refills on time. It takes 3 - 8 days to get him to call them in. This doctors office really needs to put patients higher then they do!!! Its disgusting!!!!

This staff has a difficult time doing the basics of there job which causes more time in trips to the clinic
