Absolutely horrible care provider. He puts Intermountain Healthcares policies before the patients needs. I have severe chronic back issues where I have to take pain medication. Nothing more than vicodin. Not by choice but by need. Scans and nerve testing proves my diagnosis. He never sent me for any scan or test but feels I can simply take Tylenol. Does not listen to the patient, rather just wants to regurgitate Intermountains directives. So much for the hippocratic oath!!

Dr. Lewis is an outstanding physician. Easy to talk to and full of knowledge. Best ever!
