He stuck his head into the room and informed me he didnt handle narcotics. He did not introduce himself and was quite rude. He acted as if he had some place else too be and was detached in his treatment of me. Personally, I think the guy leaves alot to be desired and will not return to him.

My husband has been a patient for almost a year. We like his personality not real formal. He is direct but that is a good thing. His nurses are very personable as well. He asks pertinent questions and answers questions that we have very informatively.

Eldwrly mother went to see him and reported he had a very poor bedside manner. Will not go back to him again

DR Herold was insulting, rude and abusive towards my cousin. He doesnt seem to be very knowledgeable concerning Senior issues. Terrible mannerism with a God complex. Please beware of this toxic Doctor.
