Coach Krystle is SO wonderful with my three year-old. From the mouth of babes, “Krystle is so so good, you have to check her out!” Said the three year-old to her grandma.The facility is bigger than it appears from the curb; it has all you need for “real” gymnastics training, but the staff is warm, personal, and dedicated. I’ve been elsewhere - cold and impersonal. I’ve also seen great things from the new cheer coach. She’s the real deal.

I miss gym so much with my favorite coaches!! This gym taught be so much in one day!! i learned my back handspring with them in a week because they have a great way of teaching!! i want to go back and take privates and learn more!

I started at Millcreek a few days ago and I’ve already earned a lot of skills. Coaches don’t push you too hard and they’re super nice. Its really nice because you have small teams which means every girl gets a lot of attention which helps us train a lot better. I quit gym from another gym a year ago and I have already earned more skills then I had before!!! 100% would recommend from the gymnast review.

I really wanted to like this gym. My daughter wanted to try gymnastics and we put her in the accelerated class after being told it would help her gain skills faster. Several times she would get lumped in with the rec class, even after Telling them she was not in that class. Some of the coaches just don’t know how to work with kids. After 6 months with very little progress, we decided to try twice a week classes right before covid19 hit. I was pre-billed for the next month for both classes - even though they were never ever able to open. I emailed several times asking for a refund, status update, their plan going forward. Not a single response. No refund for charges during a time they were closed. No explanation. No response. I also wish they would hire more experienced coaches and not a bunch of younger people who don’t really care or know what they’re doing. Unfortunately my daughter gained very little from her 6 months here, and I was charged for an entire month of twice a week lessons while the facility was closed. Poor business management.

This place is leading by fear. When we first came, they offered a 1h free class and that was a positive experience for my daughter so we decided to sign her up. But as the weeks passed by, we realized that the way teachers interact with students is abusive. The owner is verbally abusive, and the teachers have no training in spotting. Theres a difference between a skilled spotter, and a sixteen year old who used to do gymnastics.So I told my daughter that we would find another place. When she told the owner, the owner screamed at her and said If you want to go to another place, you are never welcome back. See if I care. I can kick you out like that. That was the best decision we ever made. We found a place where teachers are considerate, kind and respectful. This is the School of Dance on Foothill in case you would like to compare.

I have been extremely pleased with this gym. My daughter recently started attending just a few months ago and she has excelled so much. She gets personal one on one attention that she did not receive at her prior gymnastic gym. She will now be competing and has grown so much confidence from being here. Thank you! I was one of the first students to come to this gym, and I absolutely love it! As someone who has been to many gyms, I can honestly say that you wont learn a back-handspring or back tuck faster at any other gym. I would strongly recommend Millcreek for getting your start in gymnastics.

I started cheering there at the end of january and loved it at first. the cheer coach was super inviting and nice to all the kids. soon after another coach came on as part time. our main coach was fired after our second comp (or quit, too many mixed stories to really know) seemingly out of nowhere and our part time coach came on as full time. both of them taught me so much but then or second coach fired for dumb reasons. there was so much unnecessary drama with the staff and the owner didn’t put any time into the cheer girls. she barely even acknowledged us. after our second coach was fired everyone from our original team quit. the coach’s were good. but the owner is rude and inconsiderate. not a good place to join if you’re looking for a sturdy, drama free gym. would not recommend

It’s such a cute place!! all the kids are so fun and cheery, the team girls are always willing to help younger girls and show them skills. all the coaches are loving and sweet and they want the best for there students!! very recommend

Our daughter loves this place. Its great to see her enthusiasm and she has been going for several years. She has transport to their location from school and we have never had an issue. A fun but serious environment to learn gymnastics.

The staff is really friendly, and helpful with answering all my questions. My step daughter has taken two classes and talks about it all week, she is a little wild and I love how they handle her being crazy really sweetly but also teaching her respect, and structure. They have a cute point system where they get a prize after 5 points, and the gym is really big and has good equipment 😌 we love it so far!

I like the small team feel. The team gets great one on one coaching. The girls on the team seem to progress quickly. My daughter has been very happy here.

Amazing staff! The coaches are exceptional with each individual student and its easy to learn from them. The gym has a fun environment that challenges you as well, this is the gym for me!

This was our first experience with a cheer gym. I thought it was an okay place until we tried to switch to another gym. I followed their cancellation policy to the letter, even spoke with the owner right after and was still charged incorrectly for an additional month. When I contacted the owner to resolve (I had to call three different times and email), she absolutely refused to refund, instead offered to give me gym credit. I eventually had to dispute the charge on my credit card. While not a terrible gym (hence two stars, not one) their business practice is more concerned with their bottom line and dollars in their pocket than any type of customer service/satisfaction/honesty. Its unfortunate.

Having 2 girls in gymnastics, same age with different abilities, has been a trial but found that with Millcreek Gymnastics it was not a problem. Both girls are developing their skills much more than Ive seen from any other gymnastics centers. Even those which have been ranked highly . I am so impressed by how they have improved after having only been at Millcreek for less than 2 months where last year, having been in gymnastics for the whole year learned very few skills and would go home with having hurt themselves several times. I have only good things to say about Millcreek and would recommend it to anyone interested in getting their kids involved in gymnastics.

Not sure how this gym has so many reviews with all the drama it has. The owner has a temper and it way too aggressive with the kids. I understand that gymnastics is strict but she goes too far. Would not recommend!!

I go to Millcreek and I am on their competitive gymnastics team. Ive been there for 2 years now (joined about a month or two after they opened) and love the coaches, technique, and friends. Millcreek has taught me good sportsman ship and skills. Love this gym!

Knowledgeable staff and owner. Helped teach some fun technical skills quickly to my girls, and always kept the safety of the child first. Great place to learn back handsprings and back tucks.

I did both cheer and tumbling here and I love it! The environment is super inviting and the staff is very invested in each individual child. It’s amazing how much I learned and how I fast I learned it! I came from another gym and by the end of my first class my tumbling looked a lot better and I even learned new skills! I would 100% recommend Millcreek!

Staff is professional and knowledgeable. My daughter is learning so much. She loves attending classes.

Great gym with an owner who really cares about the students. Great form is taught and students progress quickly. Really sad that disgruntled, underperforming coaches that are terminated are allowed to place poor reviews by themselves and their friends.

Zero star is all they deserve. i called them and cancelled our attendance and they continuously charged my credit card. I had to file for charge back. they bring animals to work and we are severely allergic, the place was dirty and smelled very bad. i would NOT recommend them at all!

The coaches are so kind and helpful and the girls are so sweet and including as one of the gymnasts that goes here I’ve been here for only 3 years and I’m now level 6 l would highly recommend going to this gym

Amazing Gym You can tell the staff are well trained. I took my child to other gyms and they barely learned anything, it was more like play... Here at Millcreek they started back handsprings and back tucks right away. My child has learned so quickly. Im super happy!!!

Working at Millcreek Gymnastics and Cheer has been such fun! The other coaches are amazing and the students that I get to teach never cease to amaze me with their talent, flexibility and progress because of the great program that is followed during every class.

Dangerous coaching: New coach holding the spotting belt ropes, tells my kid, right after she crashes on her head Oops. My bad. This is my first day doing this, and Im just learning. ?!?! Just practicing on a child flipping over on her head on a trapoline...is not professional coaching.

My daughter loves taking gymnastics class here, the program is fun even for beginners and the coaches are positive and encouraging.

I liked that my daughter started off with harder skills than cartwheels and somersaults but I would have liked her to have the same coach every class.

Everyone is treated like family! The best coaches around!
