I went to Studio Aurum for eyebrow microblading. I don’t recommend it. My eyebrows did not last, they were completely gone within a few weeks. I followed all the care instructions but I still have zero pigment. Waste of money. That’s not normal for eyebrow microblading. My technician was Nicole.

I have been to Nicole multiple times throughout the years for micro blading, she is the BEST!Her brows are impeccable and her studio is beautifully maintained. Nicole and her staff are professional and friendly, they make you feel very comfortable during your procedure and are available to answer questions and/or address concerns both pre and post appointment.Nicole is a master of her craft, she gives clear and precise written instructions at the time of scheduling (make sure you read them before you agree as she will not work on you if you’ve done something that will compromise your end result!).

Very friendly, extremely professional, and thoughtful. Studio is very warm and comfortable. Clean, eclectic, chic style and very easy to feel at home. Services are very detailed, staff is skilled at what they do and I’m extremely satisfied with my services. Thank you!

Was waiting for the right time to come here, the owner has posted nothing but concerning things to do with the world right now and I’m happy to be taking my money elsewhere. If you care for your health and safety there are many more artist that will take you into account, that care about current events elsewhere. Maybe they should read the room and watch the unprofessional and insensitive things they put on the internet.

I will not go anywhere else to have my permanent makeup done. Nicole has a true talent for the services she provides and uses the highest quality tools, inks, and equipment to do the job. She is very detail-oriented and delivers the best quality services that I have seen. I have received services from her for the past 8 years and will continue going to her for all of my permanent makeup needs. Nicole’s work is unmatched. She is a true artist who is passionate about what she does, expects perfection of herself, and is very caring and upfront with her clients. I have yet to find someone whose work comes close and who cares so much about her clients being happy. She has repeatedly told me she understands there are many options out there when it comes to microblading and the other work she offers and she wants to ensure that her clients are happy with what they pay for. The environment at the studio is comfortable and friendly! There is no one I would recommend more!

Everyone is so nice! I got my brows done by Nicole almost a year ago and Im obsessed! You get way more than what you pay for! Nicoles work is flawless, the environment is comfortable, and again the people that work there are all so kind!

I should have read the reviews before booking an appointment with Nicole Callister. She did the exact same thing to me as one of the other reviewers. I needed to reschedule my appointment and gave her 2+ weeks notice before my appointment. She emailed me back and said it had been cancelled and to go on the website to reschedule. When I did, it required me to pay an additional $150 deposit? I emailed back that I did not cancel/nor did I not show up to my appointment, I simply wanted to reschedule. She informed me of her strict rescheduling policy... Her correspondence was condescending and rude, and in the end she kept my $150 and Im left without any recourse. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have every had.

Im in the beauty industry. The microblading business is so saturated right now. Do yourself a favor and go to Nicole. She is amazing. Her work is unlike anyone elses. She is worth every penny & was easy to deal with. I LOVE my brows!!! I wouldnt go to anyone else.

If I could leave 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. I have referred people to Nicole’s work on Instagram, and have relatives and friends who go to her. That being said, when I needed to simply reschedule my first appointment 1 month in advance, Nicole canceled my appointment and told me I had to pay DOUBLE the deposit amount to reschedule. So, $300.00 JUST to reschedule my appointment. I’ve been warned that she is notoriously difficult to work with. When i asked her reasoning, as it’s not her policy, she responded that because she worked full time and I was taking time away from her family, that she was requiring a double deposit. 😮. She said she does not normally reschedule any allintmdnrs for clients.... It was a simple Instagram interaction. She then insulted my intelligence and told me she doesn’t do refunds. I wasn’t looking for a refund, but in no way was I going to pay a DOUBLE DEPOSIT just because she was annoyed. This woman does not know how to run a business!! BEWARE. She lists NO contact information to contact her at ALL. I found this listing, however obscure. Her Schedulicity site lists no phone number, no email, NOTHING. She even says no DM’s on Instagram, which is the only way I could actually contact her and get a response. I told her that if she wasn’t going to reschedule with my already PAID $150, then I preferred not to work with her. She told me “good luck elsewhere,” and “I agree, we don’t need to work together.” But then would not refund my deposit!! She then proceeded to BLOCK me from Instagram (her only method of contact) with no resolve!! Now I have no recourse but to report to my bank, go to her place of business to try to get a refund, or contact an attorney. Do not do business with this self proclaimed “anti-people” person. That’s from her own mouth directly from a client. She will treat you like you’re insignificant and STEAL your money. Plenty of other wonderful Microblading Estheticians out there! Spend your money elsewhere. Update: 5/18/18. Nicole texted me and threatened legal action if I contacted her again. She said that she had contacted the SLC police department (I never received a phone call from them), and that she had notified her attorney that I was “harassing” her. She also claimed that she had a legal right to keep my deposit. All because I have requested my deposit refunded due to the fact that she has never performed any services. She is completely trying to steal my money now. BEWARE.
