Dr. Glines has done multiple injections for me and also put in a nerve stimulator in my back and did nerve ablations. He was very professional and did a great job of explaining things to me. I was referred to him by another pain doctor who had been doing injections for me when the other pain doctor was unable to do the nerve ablations. He did a great job and I had no infections or side effects from the procedure.

Dr Glines’ was professional and competent, I wish I could say this about his office staff. Had issues with his staff requesting the correct procedure; twice we had to resubmit the authorization because they selected the wrong code. Once they submitted the correct code found out the only submitted the code for one side, wouldn’t have been an issue if they tried to resolve the problem they created but didn’t care to help out or accept responsibility. Won’t go back, unfortunate because he seems like he actually cares and would be a good physician looking out for your needs not worth the hassle though.

I had been going to St Marks Interventional pain Clinic for about 10 years, and was working with a great doctor, that knew what he was doing. I receive a call one day, saying I would no longer be seeing that doctor, that Dr Glines and Chuck Jarvis, would be treating me from now on, and that they were moving to a new bigger Clinic. In my first visit with dr. Glines he decided, that he was going to uproot everything, that I had been doing, and that was working for the past 10 years, that he was going to, have me start all over, by doing expensive invasive procedures, that I had already done, that did not work. I explained to them, that I had already done these, that they were expensive and I wasnt going to spend that kind of money again. I was informed it was their way or the highway. Knowing the whole thing was about making money, for their big new shiny Clinic, and to put money in their pockets, and the pain clinics pockets. I chose to move on. I do not recommend the St Marks Interventional pain clinic to anybody. I recommend a long extensive search into another option.

Dr. Glinds is truly a caring doctor that accurately diagnoses and treats the condition quickly and painlessly. I had a rhizotomy in April 2014. Explained it would probably last 6 months to 15 months. It is going on 3 years...2+ without pain and time for another as pain is back. Problem...I am now in Arizona and cannot find a doctor that begins to match his skills and wisdom...Boohoo!

Dr. Glines is an incredible Dr. but his back office staff really suck (the front office are great!). They forget to file for pre-approvals etc., etc.... Then tell you less than the truth when you call to ask about them. After you call your insurance company you find they have the exact time and date of the fax (down to the seconds) of when they ordered your procedure. Often you will find they have waited 5 business days or more before even bothering to possess the request. The nurses line has always called me back but only one of the nurses is even listening, the other nurse is like talking to a wall. She never gets your message straight (that you want to give the Dr.) It is really hard when you are having a problem and actually need to talk to the Dr., you cant only the nurse... then she (they) cant get the message right. I would be happy to come in for another appointment when there is a problem escalation but usually they cant get you in before your next appointment anyway. It is a vicious circle. By your appointment it is too late !!!! You have suffered through couple of weeks from hell with no temporary treatment (for no reason because help could have been available if only the Dr. knew) . I even tried telling them that this behavior that often causes a real problem at my work because I cant give them any answers and they just give you the same empathy answered they have been brainwashed to give. We are really sorry about that or We are really sorry for your pain. It just makes you want to scream!!!!! If Dr. Glines staff had only half the dedication he has I could give them 5 stars but considering his back office...!!!! 3 is the absolute most I can give.. I would tell Dr.

Ive been going to Dr Glines for over 2 years and not only is he the kindest doctor Ive ever known, he really knows how to manage my back pain the right way. I dont know what I would doing now without his help because using pain pills is a short time solution and a dead end street.

The good:Dr. Glines is friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall good Pain specialist. He is amazing at epidural procedures, and very fast.He takes care of his patientsThe bad,His staff is abysmal. They are slow to check in, slow to process information, and it may take weeks to process mri info sent to them, half the time the dr doesnt get the mri info because they cant get it to him or lose it, even if hand delivered. The UGLY:You cant talk to a real nurse. The line tells you to wait 48 hours, I waited and received no call back. Twice.
