Unfortunately I had a retina tear, unbeknown to myself, and a surprise discovery on Monday 2 October 2017. Due to the fact that it started on Friday before, I needed quick action to close the hole so that the whole retina doesnt detach. The professionalism, confidence and approach was more than a patient would expect under the circumstances, and I highly recommend the Dr Moran hospital, and although probably not needing more work, Dr Bernstein! Extremely competent and at the same time, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have enjoyed meeting several of his staff members. His equipment seems modern and he does have one especially advance camera which was at the time I saw him, the only one of its kind in the US.

I was referred to Dr. Bernstein last year by a triage M.D. I couldnt have been more impressed and was relieved to learn that I do not have macular degeneration.I attended Dr. Bernsteins lecture on macular degeneration open to the public. It was excellent and I am looking forward to future presentations by other Moran M.D.s.Perhaps the lecture series could be made available on DVD in the future.It is a privilege to be a patient of Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Randall J.
