I have been a member of AMUCU for several years and always have had great service. However, this time was exceptional service. I was in the market for a new vehicle and called in to the lending department and got Brandon Haywood. He was great right off the bat. When I found the vehicle I wanted, I called Brandon back and let him know the details and was looking to get the deal done that day. So he went go to it. What makes this even better is, I was selling my current vehicle to dealership #1 and purchasing from dealership #2. Not only did Brandon stay late this particular day to make sure the deal got done. He also was helping with some chaos at dealership #1, that was not his problem, making sure they had the payoff statements, etc. After that was completed, to ensure that I was able to take the new vehicle home that night from dealership #2. Brandon took extra time from his evening, even after he had already stayed late to get this done, Brandon personally drove to dealership #2 and gave them the check for the new vehicle I was purchasing. Brandon was awesome, never meeting him and his patients with me, as I can be super needy and impatient at times. Thank you Brandon you were amazing!!!!

Easily the worst place you can go. They have spent 3 months doing nothing after u bought a car from one of there customers and they lost the title? Nowhere to be found, just got a $300 fine cause I’m on an expired temp tag and DMV won’t give me another. These people are useless.

This is a bank with the least logical sense. I ordered a new card because mine was lost. I get the card with the sticker to activate and set a pin, I do just that. Three days later I get a piece of mail that says this is your pin, I toss that because my card is activated and already has a pin. Now my card is declining for invalid pin. I call the bank for the number on the piece of mail that I got with the pin number to reset it. They dont have it. The only way to get a pin is to go into a branch.. Why dont you send the pin with the card? Makes no sense whatsoever, just a huge inconvenience to people who work their banking hours.

I recently had fraudulent activity on my account . I called my local branch immediately to help me and their trained and knowledgeable staff handled all my concerns patiently and professionally and helped me resolve the matter in a matter of days. Their staff was able to stop the criminal activity on my account and issue me new cards for my account. I was worried that my stimulus payment and Monthly VA Benefits would be affected by this fraudulent activity but the bank assured me that no negative action would affect my money and my account will not be closed..Thank You so much to all your staff that handled my banking issues efficiently and for your caring and professional candor..I will remain a faithful and loyal client for years to come due to awesome customer service...Thank youMICHAEL CAMP

Brandon Hayward was the loan officer that helped me, he did an outstanding job, I was looking for a loan on a Salvage titled vehicle, he was able to loan the most $ on the vehicle, 100% of its clean titled value, which other loaning institutions do not offer, plus he was able to get a better rate, with longer terms then two other loan institutions that I have done business with in the past. One which I have done several loans through, and have all of my money directly deposited into, denied the loan. So needless to say, I will be doing more business with them in the future. :)

EYE, EYE, the day of yesterday, May 4, I went to leave a meal at this place for a person named Emmery and when I arrived I asked a man who was there for her and he told me that she was busy to leave the food there and it turns out that I do not know if he ate it or she made him not give her anything and they reported me and they punished me for something that if I left them and they ate, be very careful since it is a CREDIT UNION dial, what if I do not know Im going to stay like this, Im going to go in to see what the name of the one who leaves it for later to see his name in public and that people be careful with their money if with a meal they denied that I did not deliver it. I had consequences for do not deliver the food

A poor experience. I was informed that the check i was depositing would have a 10 day hold. I asked why not the customary 5 days like last time. I was told that the previous deposits have all been 10 days.Checked it again when I was home and they have been five. and it was five.

To bad there is not a 0 Stars After 47 years a member of Safeway Credit Union that then changed to Credit Union One and now AUFCU I closed my accounts due to the extremely cold and inhumane action of the teller at the Main Street Location. Unfortunately his actions were most likely promulgated by management either local or corporate. Even after speaking to the branch manager I received no sense of remorse whatsoever that I decided to close my accounts. I guess my $13,000 meant nothing. But my new Credit Union welcomed my $13,000 with open arms.

Benjamin Thompson was wonderful working with him over the phone to get my business account up and going. I love American United Federal Credit Union, been with them for over 15 years now and wouldnt change a thing.

My experience w/one of the Loan Officers was quick and pleasant. The tellers have been courteous and kind. If something odd is going to happen itll happen to me. The tellers have been able to attend to my needs every time. I actually enjoy going into the Credit Union to handle my Financials I think we all have fun.

We have been a member of this credit union since 1967 as it has changed from Safeway CU to Credit Union One to, now, American United. Never in all these years have we paid one cent for banking services. And at the end of the year we get money back from their profit -- since it is a non-profit organization. Always we have been helped by capable, friendly, and very nice employees and managers. We wish everyone would join this credit union to receive the same good services that we have.

My experience with A.U.F.C.U. is consistently disappointing, which is part of the reason I closed this account. The staff do not have a professional appearance, their interactions are not professional, and when I closed this account they didnt even ask to see my i.d.!!!
