Bad reaction, I ask for my optical prescriptions contact and they give me prescription for glasses..I pay 300.00 dollars with my jcpenney card, just for exam and buy glasses. + I have insurance ..I dont like it.

I had the best experience today! I had gotten my prescription for another optical and was not happy with their lenses selections and customer service. As soon as I walk in Joy greeted me and made me feel welcome. She took extra time and helped me find frames that fit me. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to get my frames , really good customer service and especially Very patient with me!

Ok so I have been going to this place for over 7+ years and Ive had no complaints so far. However, today I took my son for his annual eye exam. Long story short, this lady never told me that we had gone out of network with them. She made it seem like it was business as usual and that my sons insurance had changed the way it does business. Granted, she had the opportunity to tell me when I made the appointment and asked if I needed to find out whether they were in network or not. They said I didnt have to worry because they had the info. She also had the opportunity to tell me when they called to confirm the appointment. And again, when I got there and Expressed concerns about the weird process I had to go through. She said I would get refunded for the exam in about 2-4 weeks. I kept on telling her I didnt understand how my sons plan had changed so much because mine was still the same. (My son is under his dads insurance). She then said, thats how open access works. At this point Im beyond confused and I ask what is open access? She said, (hesitantly) out of network. I was like wait what??? You never told me this. Now here I am paying for out of network but you lied, you were dishonest and deceitful! Do not go back here unless YOU have verified they are in network. They straight up lied to me! I overheard her saying the same bs to a couple. They also seemed confused. They will lie to you and evade answering your questions in a clear and precise manner. They have lost my business for being shady. After, 7+ years.

They cancelled my first order because my frames were on back order but never notified me. After two weeks I called and they said they would call me back but they never did. I called a different day and left a voicemail, no response. Finally went in and thats when they told me that it had been cancelled. Next she tried to order me lenses for the display frame with no discount. I had to stop her and tell her not to. It had been about three weeks since I ordered my glasses at this point. I chose a different pair and they said theyd be rushed and get here in 3 days. This frame was more expensive and they offered me a slight discount for the wait and to send me a $25 dollar gift card. I had to wait over a week for them to come in and by then I was on vacation. I still havent received a gift card and had to wait 5 weeks total. The whole experience was terrible including the pick upDont go here!

Great job! First time going to the store in west valley Irene was able to help me and find the correct glasses I will definitely come back thanks a lot I love my glasses!

This was a joke. My whole visit lasted an hour and a half. The exam was probably about 10 of that entire time. The girl named Irene, I believe, was a moron. She said she was a “manager” but she had no idea what was going on. I will probably never go back.

Great servivce called in my order due to work Irene went out of her way placing my order. Order in less than 10min told me it would be 2 weeks and in less than a week my contacts had arrive!Awsome service

They never answer their phone and by the time you get in to see them you are outside the window to correct their errors

They have very slow service we waited over an hour past our appointment times to be seen and they are EXTREMLY pushy on selling glasses.
