All the staff here are always friendly and accommodating, and Ive always been satisfied with the style I get, no matter which stylist is available. Great affordable place for a haircut.

I will not be returning. Wow. I dont know if the stylist had to pee, or what. This is one of those places where one receives one of those five minute haircuts and the stylist does whatever they want.She asked me how I would like my hair cut and then just does her own thing. Why bother asking?I felt disrespected during the process. Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. -MA quote.I will not be returning. Did I get a haircut, yes. And for that I am grateful, but I will not be returning.The energy of this place is bad, unsavory.

If I leave a positive review, it will be harder to get in to this amazing shop. Not only do you get an amazing hair experience, you also get to converse with these highly intelligent stylists, that make the experience a total joy to experience. I highly recommend this Supercuts, yet know by doing so, it will only attract more buissness. I wont go any other place, so Ill wait the wait. Its worth the wait!

Im usually a cut it myself kind of person, But I had a wedding to go to and needed to look really sharp. This sugar house location of Supercuts did the trick! Super nice folks inside

The phone probably rang at least 7 times while I was there waiting for like 10 minutes and then during my 20 minute appointment. The guy cutting my hair answered the phone probably 3 times while cutting my hair. And guess what? He was doing layers and was at the back of my head when the phone rang. He went to go pick it up and when he resumed he must have forgotten at what length he was cutting my layers because there is a distinct difference in the layer length on half of my head and it’s a super choppy job and my hair is uneven. It’s too short to fix so I have to wear it up. I understand that they want to answer the phones to get business but at the expense of client dissatisfaction with an awful haircut, not worth answering the phone that much. I would not recommend going here.

I went in on labor day, they were the only place open and pretty busy. Even still, they got to me in about half the time they thought it would take.Alli cut my hair very fast and super quality. She was friendly, efficient and pleasant. Great experience.

I havent wanted to post a review before because I didnt want to share one of the best-kept secrets of the Salt Lake City hair scene by fear it would be crowded all the time. But lets me tell you. I lived in NYC for 15 years, and when I moved here I couldnt get a half-decent haircut among the upscale salons here in SLC. Until I discovered the Supercuts location in Sugar House. Of course, the cuts are insanely affordable, and the quality of the haircut is very high. I have thick, wavy, unruly hair, and they always know how to cut and shape my hair.Thank you!

Always a pleasant visit.

So a lot of these places offer a mediocre and forgettable experience, but I think because of the excellent GM, Allie, this is not the case here. Outstanding haircuts, immaculately clean at all times, but most notable; the stylists are super friendly, they always remember my name and always make me feel like Im their top priority. This is much better than your average Supercuts.

It has a name that suggests it is part of a huge chain but it feels like the neighborhood beauty shop. Ive had three haircuts here and I was very satisfied.

Ive been going here since I moved to Salt Lake in May 2015. These one star ratings are old, I can tell you that much. I wouldnt bother wasting over a year of my time going here to get my hair done if I didnt feel that it wasnt absolutely worth my time. No experience is perfect, but this salon is pretty darn close for what I need done. I do see a regular stylist, but I have had multiple here before, and if there was ever a problem with previous stylists that caused this business to get 1-star ratings, I believe that those problems are long gone.

I rarely go to get my hair cut because I am always intimidated about it. The staff there were very nice, helpful and gave me a cut that looks great. She was very knowledgeable about products that I can use to help me style my hair. I am pretty bad at making my hair look good, but she gave me a style that looks good all the time.

I always go here whenever I need a haircut, good service with good people.

The young woman who cut my hair went above and beyond! Before she took me to wash my hair she started to twist my hair. I asked her what she was going to do & she said Im going to check for dead ends Ive never had someone do that. My hair cut turned out better because of it. I think her name is Maya.

I’d give negative stars if I could. I went in for a balayage and the girl bleached my hair. I didn’t smell the bleach until she was doing the last of my hair near my face and by then it was too late. She kept having to ask the other stylists around her what to do which was very unsettling. Stay away from this place!

Best experience Ive had in years! I came in without an appointment for a highlight. It didnt come out as I wanted the first time. I felt bad even saying anything because my stylist marissa was so sweet and kind. They quickly made me another appointment for the next day and she redid my hair for me! It turned out AMAZING! I could not have been happier! Needless to say marissa is my new go to from now on. I was so pleased with not only how great my hair is but how sweet and friendly they all were for helping me get my hair just how I wanted. Thank u marissa u are so awesome!!!!

1 Star does not do this place justice, I wish I could give 0. Do not get a haircut here, this is the 2nd time I have just been push out, as they try and just cut hair as fast as they can. Half of the time the employees seem miserable. Seriously this is the worst place to get a hair cut I will never return. I feel like they hire people that have had previous jobs at shearing sheep. THE WORST PLACE EVER.
