I’ve done probation quite a bit of times and this was by far the best experience, in a bad situation! Kath promised me on day one that we would get through the process as fast and easy as possible and that’s exactly what they did! Go in there with your head down, show respect and they will show the same. The councilors are super cool and understanding and they want nothing but good for you! Thanks for all the help and support!

I was sent here for probation expecting the worst. But ended up getting someone who probably saved my life. I almost ended things but Kathy stepped up, offered support and caring. She always answers her phone and you can open up and be honest. It was the right place for me. NEFA cares about you and wants to help you succeed. Thank you, Kathy!

I am quite taken back by the comments and reviews posted before mine. I feel quite the opposite. My guess is that these participants did not attempt to take advantage of what this program actually does have to offer. First of all, NEFA IS extremely reasonable in their fees, anyone shopping around would quickly find that to be true. Any place you go with a bad attitude or upset that you have to be at a class generally will get out of it what they put into it and if you hold onto your anger or just bide your time, no place will be good enough. I begin the classes feeling quite defiant and defending my position and minimizing the part I had in the crime. But then I realized that would be a big waste of time and began participating and taking advantage of some of the great options NEFA DOESoffer. Kathy, the owner is a perfect example of tough love, she’s tough, but she loves & cares a lot, I’ve seen it several times. Kathy our instructor, was insightful and was great at connecting with and caring about each class member. Things were always on a positive level and off for the sound advice on being sober. I have nothing but positive things to say and would easily recommend this place as a place that does want you to succeed 👍🏼👍🏼

Very friendly staff that does so much to help their clientele. I never felt like I was just another number so Im very glad I chose NEFA. Its a very scary process to go through so it was nice to have such great guidance and no judgement from them. They were on my side from start to finish. Thanks NEFA! I highly recommend to anyone that finds themselves in a tough spot.

This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever been exposed to! It’s unfortunate to know that privacy is not a necessity in the two women’s eyes at the clear field location. My privacy was broken along with my boyfriends who is currently involved in the horrendous environment there. The women there should be professional business women who don’t act like there teenagers still. What’s even worse is I have to write multiple written statements to the court and have extra dates because of this! I would never never ever suggest going here unless you have a lawyer every step of the way. Another thing please don’t respond unless you can physically respond professionally. Like I was to you the first time!

If I could leave zero stars I would, Kathy is literally one of the worst women I have ever encountered and her business ethics are so subpar I’m not surprised to see she has other horrible reviews. This place does not follow state guidelines and their mediocre work is laughable at best. I had to contest the payment I gave them through my bank and when my bank sided with me this lady thought she could file it with collections and get her money that way. Little did Kathy realize that the collections agency also sided with me and she lost twice in her attempts to be fraudulent with her work. Now she’s facing a lawsuit and several HIPPA violations. Stay away from this company!

Im a licensed Firefighter and I dont need these classes! The owner cant even use proper grammar. I serve our country. Dont extort me or our citizens! The owner didnt even care to spell my last name correctly.

Be careful of this place. Make sure you are only doing the classes you are court ordered to do. They will try to trick you into making you take extra classes for a lot of money and scare you into thinking youll get in trouble if you dont comply. They are just trying to scam you and take your money.

I had the most rough long going time doing probation and the things i needed, i wouldn’t have got through it or finished it with out kathy’s help, and making sure i got my stuff done! thank you ❤️

The worst place ive ever seen I dont even know how this place is LEGAL? They are there to steal your money and thats it. Truly . Im not exaggerating at all. I found a place cheaper than this place and they called me told me i still had to pay them or they would tell the courts that I didnt go. Thats full on BLACK MAIL!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!
