This company is very shady and preys on sickly elderly people and their stressed out adult children. The company only cares about profits and focuses on ways they can convince financially stressed elders into increasing the amount of time their caretaker stays at their home. They tried to convince my mother in law many times that she was completely incapable of taking care of herself and that she would be unsafe if she didnt have a caretaker living with her every hour and every day of the week. That would have costed us over $12,000 a month!!!! We signed her up to have someone come in once a week to help her with laundry and some housekeeping and then the next time one of their nurses came out she told us they wanted someone to stay there with her 24 hours a day. She has never had the same caretaker and they spend at least 45 minutes getting a tour of the house. My mother pays for that time that theyre not doing anything for her. We were very unhappy with this service and canceled it not long after we started. It was a waste of money and they promised so many benefits that they dont deliver. If youre thinking of getting this service for your parents, stop right now and save yourself the time and the money.
