This studio is such a beautiful, welcoming space- Ive been to multiple studios in the past couple of months and theres something really special about yours. As an out-of-town guest for a few days, I felt at home immediately. Best wishes for the future as you provide this awesome service for your community!

Solid studio and well thought out design. As a previous studio owner, I love this space. Special considerations for acoustics can be seen from audio equipment to the layout and use of plants to both “spruce” up the space and dampen any echo. Class flow was spot on for a yin class and made my brief stay in Salina so much more grounded and relaxed. Thank you!

Love this studio! The space is energetic and calming all at the same time! The instructors are amazing and everyone is judgment free. Just go and do you! There are a variety of classes to choose from and all can be modified for ALL levels! And who doesn’t love a cold washcloth compress with essential oils after a hot yoga class!

The studio, teachers and members are all magnificent. The studio radiates an energy and calmness that just makes you feel good when you step in the door. The teachers are all welcoming, helpful and have an contagious spirit to brighten your day. The members are kind and offer a space that fosters growth in a judgement free zone. The prices are beyond a steal. All together this is an incredible place for anyone, always.

Go. Even if you dont feel like getting up, just go. Lets start with the atmosphere and building. This place oozes calm. Relaxing music, essential oils and fragrances in the air. Next the classes. Instructors are A-MAZ-ING. No pressure, no stress. They provide you with tools to help you achieve the ultimate stretch and relaxation techniques. So therapeutic, and believe me I paid way more for therapy and got a lot less out of it than this class. So go. You deserve it.

AH! I absolutely love this yoga community! I felt a bit intimidated before walking in for the first time but everyone tends to their own practice and skills. Very comforting and a wide range of classes. Every teacher has an enlightenment to teach. Honestly was surprised to find such a cool studio in the middle of Kansas. Anyways Im rambling.. just go!!

No matter what type of yoga experience you are looking for, you WILL find it at AWIP! I started with AWIP when classes were held in the park and have watched this place grow and flourish. The instructors are very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. You will feel right at home no matter your ability or body type. There are classes to fit all levels and you will get what you need both physically and mentally. I highly recommend AWIP!

First of all, this studio space is beautiful, light, and so unique. We’re very fortunate to be able to practice there. Secondly, this community is diverse and so welcoming. There is something for everyone here, from relaxation and stretching to hot and sweaty power vinyasa and HIIT classes. Judgement-free. This is a space to move, learn, grow, and be yourself. ❤️

This studio is amazing! Its open, non-judgemental, caters to all levels of practice and is so nurturing! Veazey Caitlin Nevitt came to this community with a vision and WOW did she deliver. As we are not traditional church goers, this community of yogis has been so important to us and has literally changed our lives.

I went to a Mindful Strenght Hatha this morning with Robin and got exactly what I needed on this Sunday morning. It was a great combination of flows and poses that I could modify to my own intensity. Great direction by Robin , and as always shes great at giving individual attention and guidance where its needed. Decent class size with all levels of experience. Price is super reasonable and equipment can be provided with no extra fees. AWIP is really one of Salinas jems.
