One of the arms on my glasses broke and I needed it fixed right away. I walked in - without an appointment - and Don fixed my glasses in five minutes . . . for free! I tried to pay him, but he said its what we do at Atlas Optical. I am definitely going to be returning to get my prescription glasses filled. Excellent service!

I went in expecting to pay for repair on my old glasses frames. I was warmly greeted, promptly served, and my glasses were repaired and cleaned while I waited and ... For no charge! Unbelievable! I will do business here again!

Took a pair of glass in for repair. They repaired them while I waited. Will give my business to them in the future.

Saw they advertise having a lab and 24 hour pickup. went to look at frames and all they had were outdated wire frames for men. I asked the person working how long to get glasses when ordered was told 1 to 2 weeks. Talk about false advertising. Do not waste your time going to this place.

Took a frame in on a Tuesday after 3pm, had prescription lenses for my sunglasses by noon on Thursday of the same week.

They are never there when you pick up your glasses. They said they were coming back from lunch at 12:45 and I waited for 30 min for them and decided to leave. They never showed.
