Dr. Cossette and his office staff were extremely responsive and helpful to my daughter. She experienced a very scary incidence when she lost the ability to swallow and speak. She was a student at Kansas Wesleyan and we were 6+ hrs away. He was attentive and ordered additional testing which usually takes time due to insurance however his office worked hard and we had results and a peace of mind within 3 days. Although he was not in the office on the Friday after the CT Scan he reviewed the records and we were notified of results.

If I could rate this place a negative 100 I would. I didnt see the doctor because the woman he has working out front is so rude that I didnt bother. She absolutely wins the prize for being the most rude receptionist on the planet. I cant imagine how horrible the doctors attitude might be with that kind of greeting from an employee. Horrible, just horrible. The worst ever! And it does speak loudly about any doctor who would allow someone like that in his or her space.

Horrible Horrible people up front. Its been 3 days since I took my baby in and they were suppose to call me to schedule surgery. I still have not heard back from them. I have called and called and always just get transferred to voicemail. I leave a message and again dont get a call back. Calling his pcp to get a referral to somewhere else. I like Dr. Cosette but the people he has working for him are just beyond awful.

Bad customer service the front desk ladys where very rude to my son with autism, all he was doing was setting on the floor not bothering anyone, there was no one else in the waiting room just us no sign on the walls saying no sitting on the floor, I mean really what the big deal

Horrible rude unprofessional and Incompetent. Caused severe damage in sinuses resulting in surgery.

Great service. My daughter had ear infections for a full year before I was referred to Dr. Cossette. He scheduled her for surgery the same week, put the tubes in, and she has been doing well since. PA is very knowledgable and very nice as well. Not sure why all the negative posts.

Knowledgeable and competent. Wanted to put a positive review up since everyone I’ve talk to about him would recommend him. Personally he has always been quick to help me, and give immediate feedback on diagnosis and corrective action.

He found mouth and throat cancer in me, he saved my life, not a bad word from me!

Bad customer service. They came in the room and didnt want to take the time hear about the problems. No smiles, very cold vibe they give off. Still had some bleeding on my nose and they said that was the best they could do and left the room. Will not be going back.

My son was referred to them by our pediatrician so we could get tubes in his ears. They refused him because they weren’t the ones who had monitored his ear issues his pediatrician did and they also were rude about it I live in Hays it’s an hour drive I’m not taking my son to Salina ever month when he gets a bad ear infection.

Russell office needs improved. Noisy, could be cleaner. Copies of results of visit should be given at time of check out. Did check ears throat but not nose area.

If I could give negative I would. Spent less than ten minutes on my husbands appt., did not have any disregard to his concerns, brushed him off, got results that they also brushed off. Told us now that the problem reoccurred that he coul come back for ANOTHER biopsy and pay for another session for them to run the tests they should have ran the first time.

Terrible bedside manner. Came into the exam room with his PA and didnt even try to talk with my 3 year old, just immediately insisted she get on the table and start the procedure of removing a tube from her ear. My 3 year old was scared and crying and he and the PA were getting frustrated/upset with her for crying and trying to move around. I dont know many 3 year olds that like being held down when they dont know whats going on. Walked out almost immediately after procedure.

Didnt want to listen, wants me to wear earplugs when I do...basically anything
