If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely AWFUL service. We waited six months for contacts and after I called everyday for a month to get prescriptions we were told they would be here in two weeks.I called everyday and got NOTHING. Then, I finally come in and they told me there’s a Copay when originally it was included. Dr. Huffman is Absolutely rude, unorganized, and the entire office is out dated.

Fast, friendly staff, and able to fit me in last minute. But they arent really doing their best to keep the place safe during these COVID-19 times. Impossible to maintain social distancing, I had seen a handful of people not wearing masks, and things not being sanitized after use. I feel this is very important because I noticed a lot of the patients when I went in were elderly in which Covid can effect them in a more devastating way.

He is never on time and during covid times he takes all his patients out of the big waiting room and crams you into a small room and makes you sit 1 foot apart some chairs are directly side by side. This doctor cares for nobody but himself and in my eyes is a horrible eye doctor

My family have been patients here for years but the front desk staff is so incredibly bad and unprofessional, we chose another eye doctor in town.

Dr. Kansal is one of the many well established surgeons using our Omni Surgical System.I recently witnessed Dr. Kansal in the operating room performing cataract and glaucoma procedures. The Omni was used in both cases. By observing him, I immediately noticed his care and finesse in handling my device. His surgical technique is flawless.I highly recommend Dr. Kansal if you are wanting either a standalone glaucoma surgical option or cataract surgery.

Never on time, he leaves the office for hours! Keeps the patients waiting as well as other staff members. You never know when hes going to pop back in the office. Total disrespect to patients and his staff.

My name is Avis Woodbury. I am using another persons phone. I went to Dr. Kansal for cataract surgery on both eyes. After this was done, Dr. Kansal inserted drain plugs into my eyes to help with dry eyes. Then he performed eye lids and brow lifts on both eyes because of drooping. These services were very costly. My insurance paid a lot and I paid $10,600 out of pocket. Then on my last eye exam, my eyes were very irritated and causing great pain. His solution was to move the drain plugs from the lower lids to the upper lids. This procedure took less than 5 minutes. Then I found out that he charged me $665.00 for the eye exam and moving the drain plugs. The plugs were irritating my eyes even more and within a week I had to pay another doctor to remove them. Also him doing the brow lift caused a cyst to develop. Now he wants to charge me another $898.00 to remove the cyst that he caused. He never backed up his work for the plugs and cyst. He did the procedures but does not fix any complications that may arise without more money. He wants more money for his own actions that caused other problems. Be prepared to spend a lot of money and a lot of time in his office. No guarantees for any procedures he performs. Oh they say you get a 90 day guarantee. This is the worst place....2 or 3 hour wait every time. This doctor does not back up his work. After spending all that money, I still have throbbing pain in both eyes. Do not go to this doctor.

Dr.Kansal and all of his staff treated me with caring and understanding...I had such a bad cataract that I was blind...the team of people who took care of me were amazing...from the office to surgery... (I was very afraid )he has a great team team start to finish...thank you...

I had Dr Kansal perform my eyelid lifts for droopy eyelids with excellent results. I went to see him expecting to have to pay out of pocket but he informed that there would be an excellent chance of my medical insurance covering it. He sent some testing into the insurance company beforehand and indeed they took care of it to my surprise. I found Dr kansal to be very pleasant.

Dr. Kansal takes insurance and treats people that other opthamologists wont. The number of patients that go through his office is amazing and should be an indication of the quality of his service. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but it is worth it considering that Dr. Kansal puts care above profit margin.

Dr Kansal did combined cataract and glaucoma surgery on me 3 years ago and i am able to see distance and read without glasses because of the special implants and my pressure is ok without any eye drops. He is very busy but he and his staff are very thorough and professional and take their work very seriously. highly recommend.

I accompanied my grandmother for her visit. All but one staff member was rude & unfriendly. We walked from room to room to room, waiting in each. All equipment was outdated and we walked through other patients consultations to get to them. Definite HIPAA violations.

The Dr. knows his stuff. He even knows what insurance will pay for and what they wont.

I have worked in Ophthalmology as a Sales representative for twenty years and have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kansal. He does very nice work in the operating room and does a great job treating a wide range of eye disease and vision issues while using many of the newest and innovative technologies. He offers a wide range of solutions for corneal diseases, cataracts, glaucoma, as well as a wide range of vision correction options.

Every time you come here its a two hour wait, other than that he is a great eye doctor who does care about his patients. Kansal is very thorough with everything he does and takes patient care seriously.

I took my father here - and it was pure torture! We had to wait forever and then the procedure was performed while he was not numbed properly. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

He is the best I have ever had to work on my eyes. I just wish I would have heard about him sooner. He really cares about getting your eyes done right. If you have questions ask him. He tells you straight out about your condition. God Bless you Dr. Kansal.

I traveled one and a half hours to see Dr Kansal 4 years ago and have him do my cataract surgery as the suggestion of a neighbor who had seen him. I have been wearing thick glasses all of my life and had five and a half of stigmatism. Dr Kansal told me he would combine an stigmatism implant with a second stigmatism surgery on the cornea all at the same time as the cataract surgery. This would be able fix my stigmatism and I would also be able to see far away without glasses. It worked and i havent needed glasses to see far away since i had surgery. Awesome.

I had the Dr Huffman and he was very thorough. Later I called with a question do I could order glasses online and he told me what I would need.

I wouldnt go to this place if it was free, my girlfriend had an appointment at 2 in the afternoon and didnt get out of there until 345, completely ridiculous.
