What nice folks and a super clean establishment. They gave me step by step directions to their buissness . They were friendly and immediately repaired and polished my glasses even though I didnt purchase them there. They are like new. Thanks so much!!

I only have had a few issues with them. They do charge a little much for contacts.The last time I was there I ended up not seeing the Dr but instead getting contacts that werent strong enough after using the machine and then being told my next appointment couldnt happen until December of this year. But they are way better than my last eye doctor.

First, theyll try to get every penny out of you by getting you to add things that arent necessary, and then dont tell you the price until theyre looking at you as though you have to buy it. Second, dont ever think youll get them quickly. Never have i waited so long to get glasses after being told they wouldnt take but a few days. So, the lady that said she would get them faster and check around since it was an emergency, was nothing but a big liar.

I am so thankful for Jennifer! She is a great doctor, and took care of me! I would recommend to all my friends and family

The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Floyd is super sweet and empathetic to all my needs. The place is cleaned and has nice decoration. The length of my appointment was excellent. I would recommend anyone in the area to visit!

Dr Floyd is incredible! Her extensive knowledge and holistic approach( very hard to find) are world class. She takes the time to look at the long term solutions /health. I have been in and around the medical field all my life. You’ll be lucky to find another Dr as caring and as good as her! The staff in her office were so kind and made me feel special. I usually hate going to the eye Dr and all that it can involve( I had a painful eye condition). Everything from my exam to picking out frames was seamless and 1st class!! She has client for life!!

Jennifer Floyd is great! I use her for my children and myself and she never disappoints. Friendly staff! Quick and thorough service. Has no problem listening and answering all questions.

Dr. Floyd is a great doctor. She is very thorough and she takes her time. My daughter has been seeing her for 6 years and she even gave me her cell number in case of an emergency. She is awesome!! Staff is friendly and great customer service.

I had an emergency after an eye injury and even missed my appointment initially because of it...but they took me in as soon as they could. And treated me eye. Were even going to accommodate me if need be after hours on Friday to insure my eye was healing. And are seeing me for a quick follow up to make sure its better. All I can say is...the staff I dealt with was amazing. Dr. FLOYD is awesome and she listens. I found a new place now...and to top it off shes very familiar with treating eye troubles due to TBI...which I need. Love love love these ladies and this place. Thank you.

I went to the Visual Difference and was overcharged by $73. I was told that I would be issued a check that I would receive in approximately 2 weeks. I never received it. Since Ive called numerous times only to be told that the manager would call me back but that never happened. I went to the office several times and each time was told that it was worked out but I never received my money back. I called again and was told that I was owed less than $73 but still no check and the last time I called a lady put me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up in my face . Immediately called back and was immediately hung up on again. The doctor was nice but extremely pushy. She told me what contacts I could see better out of as if I wasnt the person wearing them and I didnt know. Ill never go back there again .

The Visual Difference offers many eye diagnostic procedures by a prompt knowledgable staff. They have a large array of eye apparel. I am very satisfied with the experiences that I have had for the past several years.

I really like Dr. Floyd. She is a very thorough, caring, and professional optometrist. She identified some irregularities I had and has kept a very close watch on them over the years without prescribing me any unnecessary or costly treatments. She really is most concerned with improving and maintaining your eyesight in the most efficient and costly manner as possible. She is also very knowledgeable and accommodating to any issues that you may have. Her office is also very helpful if you ever call in with a question or emergency type situation.However, it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner (sometimes two or more weeks) and the glasses/contacts/tests are far more expensive than your big box stores. When you do get an appointment, Ive never had to wait in the office more than 30 minutes before being seen.Ive continued to use her because I think the extra cost not covered by my insurance is worth the quality, friendly service I get for a once a year visit.

I’m very pleased with visual difference. When we go we don’t have to sit and wait a long time to see the eye doctor and they were very kind to my kids.

DONT EVER GO WRONG EYE TEST AND MORE THAN 45 DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR GLASSES.My story with them started when I first visited them on Dec 13,2012 I did several eye exams to get a new lenses. They first told me to pick up my glasses a week later, and they didnt got the glasses in the due date, so I got them after holidays which was Jan 2,2013. Moreover, the glasses that I toke from them were more worse than the once I used before. After returning them to the second time and wasting my time on repeating the eye exams they told me to come and pick them up after ONE WEEK and today the week is passed and they are telling me to come after another WEEK.Finally, if you want them to hold your money for more than a month and not giving you a glasses go there.DO WASTE TIME AND MONEY

Dr. Floyd is the best eye doctor Ive ever been to, and her staff is wonderful, as well. I have never seen as clearly as I do now with my new glasses and contacts. I was even able to have lenses made to fit the titanium frames that I have from several years ago. The major chains all said they couldnt make lenses to fit them. I suffered three years of headaches from bad prescriptions and heavy, uncomfortable steel frames because I kept trying the name brands. The coatings on my lenses from the major chains kept rubbing off, as well, but the lenses I got from A Visual Difference have been incredibly durable.Note: If you get anything other than basic plastic, single-vision lenses with no coatings, theyre actually made by an optics lab somewhere else in the country. This is the same everywhere Ive ever been. If theres a delay, its with the lab, not the eye doctor.

She is a very professional Dr. as well as most of her staff this was my 3rd yr but my first time having a bad experience with staff not all I will not be going back
