People shouldnt have to worry theyre going to get medical bills from over a year prior, and they shouldnt be penalized for HAVING insurance.I asked if they could reduce the price since my insurance didnt pay the claim and they said that would break their contract with BlueCross BlueShield. They also blamed BCBS for taking so long to process the claim, but I can see the dates my insurance company was processing the claim and it took a few days. So Boice-Willis held onto my bill for several months, probably by mistake, and they refuse to admit that. I urge you to seek care at a more competent facility.

I wait at least ten minutes to be checked in each Time. There are over 25 people In the waiting room with SCHEDULED appointments.
