My appointment was Sept. 23rd I had the appointment scheduled for well over a month even tho I managed to get a surgery date with another doctor before then to help with my ovarian cyst, before I seen this doctor at this particular facility. I kept the appointment because I was having other complications around the breast area that is not at all related to what I’m having surgery for & I also wanted a 2nd opinion regarding my surgery. I couldn’t get another appointment in time with a regular primary physician so I went in seeking some answers to come out feeling disappointed hurt and disregarded. The staff there were extremely nice and welcoming but Dr Harris not so much. Not to mention my appointment was at 10:45am and I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 1:30pm. When Dr Harris entered the room he began with a few basic questions based on the info I gave the nurse, he also asked about my surgery and I explained I had date set with another doctor once I explained the conversation took another turn. Dr Harris said “we’ll I can do the same thing the other OBGYN can do, if you already have a surgery with another doctor why are you here” throwing his hands up in frustration. He began to talk over me seems like he was scolding me for not having the surgery with him but he was not available. I explained that I just need answers about the unrelated pain at this point he was so irate I began getting louder just to get my point across and he still offered no help or tried to check me out for the pain. Dr. Harris kept talking over me I asked him could he recommend who I can go to if he can’t help me once again he disregarded my questions and continued to talk over me so I finally said maybe I should go to the hospital he then agreed but offered me no suggestions. Before I left he began to talk in a nicer voice but I wasn’t convinced I was so upset I just left without even getting the discharge papers once I was out I began crying feeling defeated because he was so rude. I later called the office & complained about what happened the lady refunded me my full co pay of $20 because Dr Harris was of no assistance and it seems like all the patients went before me because they were already patients I waited 2 hours almost just to be talked to any kind of way and disregarded. Please save your time Dr Harris is no one to be seen by if you don’t have anything set up with him prior. He gives this place a bad name and is the only doctor I wish I could give this facility a 0

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a long time and Dr. Harris never fails! He always been a hardworking doctor and his staff is amazing! This past week I was going through a tough time and he was able to get my meds sent off in a timely fashion. I am feeling so much better now all thanks to him and his staff who works just as hard when he’s not there to help.

The best OBGYN ever! Dr. Harris did my first fibroid surgery and both of my pregnancies! He is very knowledgeable and willing to educate his patients about their conditions. I appreciated his candid, matter-of-fact nature. If you dont want the truth, this practice is not for you! However, Englewood OB/GYN was a BLESSING for me! If it had not been for the care I received, I may not have been able to have my babies at all!!!

I walked into this doctors office at only 5weeks pregnant and they took care of me and my baby the entire process. From my very first appointment Dr. Harris was professional, very honest with me, and answered all my questions. With every appointment I was educated on what to expect next and showed me that they truly cared about my well being and the well being of my growing baby. This office made me feel like family and the nurses were all very friendly and professional. As I got closer and closer to my due date I began to visit Nash Women’s Center to have my babies heart beat monitored along with my blood pressure. Throughout that process Dr. Harris and his team stayed on top on the nurses there to make sure they were following orders correctly and taking good care of me as I was very high risk because due to my blood pressure and weight. When it came time to have my baby I was scared, nervous but I knew what to expect. Dr. Harris gave me the option to be induced by IV or have a C-section, he educated me on the entire process for both, he told me all the risk of both but he allowed me to make the decision a long side my family. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns that each and every member of my family had and was very knowledgeable. When it came time for my c-section I was nervous but very confident that Dr. Harris would do all he could to make sure me and my baby would be okay and here a year and 4 months later happy and healthy. This office took such good care of us, and I must say Dr. Harris is so professional and knowledgeable in his practice. From the beginning to delivery and even afterwards they took care of me and my baby girl.

I highly wouldn’t recommend for women with a high risk pregnancy. I lost my first pregnancy when I was coming here .. at my 6 week check up I asked Dr. Harris. what was the cause of the pregnancy loss? He responded “well we wouldn’t know what caused it unless you lose 3 more pregnancies.” Anyway.. I was able to become pregnant again a year later. 5 months into my pregnancy I started spotting. I called the office and I was told to “wait until I see Red Blood.” I felt very uneasy about this , knowing that i lost 1 pregnancy. I drove to Chapel Hill and found out I was 5 cm dilated , at 5 months pregnant. I really could’ve lost my baby.. But she’s here and in NICU. She’s healthy, Thanks to Chapel Hill.

Well I just moved to Rocky mount in August 2019. I got pregnant in September that’s when I needed service badly. I wasn’t recommmended here but Nash OB where we will be going from now on. My first pregnancy I miscarried with twins at 15 weeks. I had an okay experience but the reason I left this comment is because I recommend not to come here if you don’t know things should go. The office gives little direction and Barry any resources on what to do. First pregnancies are already scary I could’ve been more prepared of the process. Also on one doctor which means he is scarcely available. The office is professional but the setting need updating and more nurse available to work.

This was my first visit to this office. The staff are very friendly and helpful but I felt as though Dr Harrris showed me no “bedside manner” what so ever. Most doctors talk to you with some type of compassion and he was very cold. Explained everything, yes but not personable or smile at all.... just the basics and goodbye. Will not return only because of him.

I scheduled an appointment, waited almost two weeks for it & then on the way to the appointment was told the Dr was stuck im surgery, after I had already left work for the appointment, no one mentioned anything about calling or checking before the appointment so I was beyond frustrated! Seems like this is a Drs office that doesnt have a Dr. You might want to make your appointment elsewhere if you value your time.

Needs to be updated, & I don’t like the fact to get a ultrasound you have to go to the hospital & then once you go & get it done you still don’t find out that day anything you got to wait until your doctor calls you with information about the ultrasound.
