I find that the people here are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to self check and I wrote a check. John, in charge of these checkout stations, was so courteous and handled four questions from other shoppers and store associate while taking care of my transaction. Efficient, professional, and polite. I only wish he worked at the Giant I frequent on East West Highway. The young man in that self checkout area could benefit from a great role model. Lucky you in Rockville

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met work at this location. I switched my prescriptions to another store just up the pike. Everyone else at this Giant location is great.

WOW!! Please be ware! Something wrong with the guy who work there! RUDEST AND IMPOLITE! Bad manner I have ever seen before. Been through with another at this location but not this time. He needs to working on his manner!

They are the best pharmacy around and go above and beyond to help you ...the only people who are not satisfied with them are druggies ...I have witnessed one person getting caught with a fake prescription once and they should have called the police but didnt and offered the poor girl help with her pill addiction and she of course cussed them out ...but it was so wonderful and human of them to actually care of her well being even if she did not......as far as business goes they are always super busy but still remain quick and efficient ...if they say it will be 30 min it will probly be be closer to 10 or 15 . I will always only use this pharmacy. Even when they didnt have a medication in stock they had ordered it and had it in the next day

My prescription was Ibuprofen and the assistant said its gonna take 20 minutes, I went back after 20 minutes she said 15 more minutes, i went back again she said its not ready yet, takes 5 more minutes. I waited almost an hour just for 1 tab of Ibuprofen and I cancelled it after all. They do care about patients time. 0 star is what they deserve

They are not very friendly and will not put in any effort to make anything easier for you. Instead they’ll give you the run around.

This is a worst pharmacy I have experienced.I droped the prescription on 2/19/18, The clerck over there said she would call me back in 45min. I have not received any call from them.I called back on 2/21/18, the line was disconnected twice. Final I had chance to talk to some one over there, she said they are bussy and would call me back. (Posted on 2/21/18, 2:30PM)Now I habe been waiting 1 hr, No call from Giant (Edit on 3:46 PM, 2/21/18)
