Mira was very patient and thorough. I made an appointment for my mom and it was nice not being immediately asked what insurance she has.

On behalf of my mom....Love Dr. Gupta... she was very thorough and answered million of our questions when i was diagnosed with breast cancer.However Office staff definitely needs to go through customer service,communication and ettiaqutes training especially the nursing/ medical assistant staff. There is not much compassion especially the kind of practice it is.There is one medical assistant who always smell so bad of cigarettes. Its hard to take a breath when she is in the room. Everytime I take my mom there I come back with a migraine which lasts couple of days.

Dr. Sen Gupta and her team are wonderful. They Listened to all of my concerns. The only down side is the communication.

Office is very disorganized and the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. TWICE I made appointments with Dr Sen Gupta and showed up and she wasn’t there. Her office also failed to send an Order prior to my breast imaging appointment as she had promised and was again not in the office to do it while at the imaging center. Thus 3 separate times I took off work for drs appointments that didn’t happen because of Dr Sen Guptas offices is lazy and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
