Ive needed physical therapy twice in the past 2 years because of a back injury. Each time Carolyn has worked hard to get me pain free very quickly. She provided an exercise program to strengthen my back so that I am pain free all of the time. The only reason I needed to return for treatment is that I tried to lift something that was way too heavy for me. I appreciate all of her efforts to get me back to normal activities.

I was assigned here to the Rockville location when I got hurt at work. I had my reservations about coming to this program but I decided to give it a shot. My first interaction with this location was with Maria the office manager. She was very friendly and professional she took time out to explain to me the process of what I needed to submit and fill out. It was very easy and a smooth process, my next interaction was with the therapist Carolyn she was very professional and engaged. She was sympathetic to my pain but kept me going with tasks and exercises to increase my strength. My next and last encounter in this location was with William. He was very personable and professional he would come by as I was exercising and check on me and ask how I was doing and if I was okay. To my amazement he would even come eat lunch with us and talk about life things which I felt was great because it took my mind off of being in pain. The thing that stuck with me when I finished my treatment was the staff all pitched in and bought lunch and got me a card wishing me luck as I went back to work. This is not an ordinary clinic these people really do care about their patients and it shows. Thank you all so much.

The therapists at physical therapy first did a great job and made going to physical therapy a pleasure. ... The therapist was very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I was in a lot of pain when I first started due to a bad lower back. I made significant improvement and reduced my pain a great bit. On the administrative side of the house, office manager Maria made it a seamless process when it came to making appointments and accommodating me for difficult situations on my end. She was as professional as can be in dealing with me and my treatment process. I would recommend this office to everyone i know.

The people are nice and it was a fun place to get some physical therapy. But they didnt do any research on my job duties, so they werent able to help there, or fairly assess my abilities to return to my old position. The real kicker is when they sent the reports to my doctor and my workers comp insurer. The summary was full of false statements about activities I never did. And then recommended I be return to my current position, even though I would be in danger with my current medical conditions. I dont know why, maybe they work for the insurance company. I should have fought harder to go to where my doctor recommended.

My experience at Rehab At Work was great. Maria the office manager was so professional and so nice that it made the check in and paperwork process such a breeze. I was in the Work Hardening Program and William was a great therapist who I appreciate getting me back to work for Mont County.

I used Rehab at work when I broke my ankle falling on the ice. The administrative staff made dealing with my insurance company a breeze. My therapist was sincere, attentive and very knowledgeable! I felt so much better after she addressed the swelling that I couldnt relieve myself. Also important, as their name suggests, was that the facility was in the lobby of my place of employment...so convenient. In closing Ill that I highly reccomend Rehab at work; they made me feel that my care was important to them.

Never anything less than top-notch results will do for this RAW location. Excellent diagnostics, excellent treatment plans & service with a smile And, they never expect anything but your best from you! Work hard --> get results. THANKS TEAM!

Do not trust this place they work with the insurance company I was a patient there I had surgery in my L4 L5 fusion my doctor recommended light duty work for me after the surgery and Mrs. Miller recommended that I can work my regular job lifting 50 pound after her recommendation I went back to work with an ear my back was so messed up that I can’t even walk properly I cannot sleep at night because of pain mrs. Miller she thinks she knows more than doctors but she doesn’t know thing
