I am not a current customer yet I didnt not feel that way at all.Without hesitation, he clarified my concerns and then provided me with other information that was appreciated. I was calling all over this morning trying to find Pediatric Crutches. I called and spoke with Aman and he told me he can have them by 11 am tomorrow at the earliest. He gave me a suggestion to call another location. I called the location and they had the crutches. I called Aman back and thanked him for his customer service, I see why you rating is 4 well deserved.

I had such a amazing experience with this store. Not only did they already have very reasonably priced knee scooters but the owner really helped us out. My boyfriend broke his ankle and was in urgent need of a knee scooter. I called the store and was told they have black scooter in stock. After driving about 30 minutes there I was informed that the staff member had told me incorrectly and only pink ones were in stock to buy. Although I had gotten wrong information, the owner was very apologetic and gave me a awesome deal on of his used rental scooters. The owner and the staff obviously care a lot about their customers needs instead of just making money. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Will definitely go back there if I need anything medically related.

Went with my father to try walkers. Great selection. The gentleman in the store pointed us to walkers he liked best - taking into account affordability, portability, etc. Very helpful. Then, totally unexpected, he began assembling a walker from his stock room so that we can try all the different types that would fit our needs. Let us roam all over the building trying walker after walker. After he went to all the trouble of walking us through options, assembling a new walker, etc., , he assured us that we were under no pressure to buy. Needless to say, we found a walker that my dad loves and has been enjoying ever since. The folks at the store went above and beyond, zip-tying wires on the walker so that they wouldn’t get caught on things. They even told us they would service the walker for free whenever needed. We walked in unsure of how to navigate our mobility challenges, but walked out feeling well cared for and confident that we had the right assistive device. Recommend this store highly.

In a sea of large chains and internet sales Rockville Medical Supplies is a great find. Aman has the product knowledge needed when buying supplies and went above and beyond in his service. Glad we found them and we were able to buy a transport wheel chair and other needed supplies for my mother.Lynn F.

I was looking for the closest medical supply store, which happened to be this one. I noticed then that all the reviews were quite positive, and now I would like to join the chorus. The gentleman in charge was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had the product I needed, made sure I got the right size, and even provided instructions on caring for it. If I need medical supplies again, this is where I will come.

In an age when pharmacy choices are usually reduced to mega-corporate stores, impersonal at best, its wonderful to find a family-run pharmacy/medical supply store with great personal service. I was looking for a moist-heat heating pad. and they had just what I needed and were a pleasure to deal with. Im glad I found them.

Aman was so helpful! Excellent customer service. He brought the supplies to the car for me too. Im having hip surgery tomorrow and needed supplies. The store is well stocked. The have helpful devices I know existed like a makeshift handle to get in amd out of cars. I rented a walker and wheelchairs are available to rent and buy too. Go here before going to a huge chain. The prices are reasonable too.

Aman was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, seemed to know the products well (buying a transport chair), and was very accommodating about delivery.

The service here is great. Very kind father and son super duo here. When they didnt have a medical device I needed (they were just out of stock), they ordered me a brand new one from their warehouse and kept me updated. And it came in rather fast! Ill def come again (hopefully no more injuries though lol) and reccomend this place to others.

I called them after being turned away from a different medical supply store. They were very helpful over the phone so I stopped by the store to try to size the splint I needed. They didnt have XS, but the store in general seemed very well stocked with a variety of items. However, they remembered me from the phone conversation and made sure to measure my hand size. I wouldnt have checked on my own and I would have bought a size too big. They called two other stores and located a site that had XS in stock. Even though I didnt buy anything, if I need anything, Id definitely go there.

Aman is a great person he always goes the extra mile to help customers? and in case the item you need is not available at his store he does what ever he can to order /get it for you in no time. His patience and customer service is unbelievable, he spent a good 45 min. explaining to me what supply would fit my needs. i had my uncle at the hospital for brain surgery and he was parilized his Righ side and he need phiscal therapy and Aman helped me get all the supy i was needing at the time. prices are very covinient go to this store first be fore you go somewhere else. lll give 5starts review. Tomorrow im going back to the store for more supply.
