I volunteered as an interpreter at the Kaseman Clinic for a few months in 2021 while I was searching for a new job after being laid off due to Covid-19. It has proven to be the best decision that I made during that time. During my time at Kaseman, I had the chance to translate English/Spanish for many of our wonderful patients, and worked with a friendly and knowledgeable staff of physicians, specialists, office staff and other volunteers. Additionally, my experiences here opened my eyes to the needs of the immigrant community, and current issues facing our health system and how care is delivered within those communities. I would love to go back and resume my volunteer service here when Im able to. Highly recommend Kaseman, whether you are a patient or looking to volunteer!

I volunteered as a Spanish Interpreter for a few months at Kaseman. It was such an amazing experience. I learned so much more than I had expected. I had the privilege of helping bridge the language gap between patient and provider, but also see the more administrative/ front desk tasks that are vital for the clinic to properly function.All the staff here are incredibly caring and seeks to provide the best care for their patients regardless of their background, and the patients are so appreciative and kind. I absolutely recommend volunteering here for anyone who wants to learn more about a career in healthcare!

I volunteered at the Kaseman Clinic for a few months as a Spanish interpreter and I can only speak to my experience there as a volunteer (not a patient). I enjoyed the experience very much and I got more out of it than I expected to. I was able to interpret for patient and clinician which was great for two reasons. First, I was able to bridge the linguistic and cultural gap between them, so that their interaction could flow smoothly. Second, I was able to see what its like for a clinician to see a patient, hear them out, and treat them with compassion. This was helpful since I want to be a physician in the future. I was also able to learn about how the entire clinic functions. The clinicians, nurses, and administrators were all very helpful and accommodating to me which I appreciated. My experience at Kaseman helped solidify my goal of being a physician and also made me interested in community health!

I volunteer here ~2x/week, and the experience has been great. I help with administrative things like filing, as well as calling patients. Its really enjoyable, and Ive learned a ton about patient interactions and communication skills. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this volunteer experience to anyone interested!

I started worked at the clinic as a volunteer last year. The staff are so incredibly warm and friendly. They are so appreciative to have volunteers so they really just shower you with opportunities to do and see things. I was a covid tester, helped at the vaccination clinics, and am now going to start working as an interpreter, helping physicians and nurses communicate with patients. The experience is unparalleled, but Im really just so happy to be here because the kindness of the staff is kind of contagious. I would definitely recommend volunteering here, and would be happy to be here as a patient too.

I have helping out as translator between the patient and the provider for about 4 years now. I really enjoy being at the clinic as I know it is helping patients. The staff here is very appreciative of all the interpreters and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to do something like this.

Kaseman team is very kind and generous. The COVID- testing in the Rockville Church is very easy to do. You can walk up or drive through. The swab does not hurt. It is quick and easy. You receive a phone call within 3-5 business days with your results. I have never had an issue with receiving my results on time! Wonderful staff and volunteers, always happy to help!

The staff at Kaseman Clinic are all so helpful and very easy to get a hold of via phone and email. They provide service in English or in Spanish and have translation services for other languages as well. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they also provide free COVID-19 testing on the weekends (see the Montgomery County COVID-19 testing site for details). In addition to primary care, they have specialty care available like podiatry or GI. For anyone interested in medicine, they also take volunteers - just call or email for more info.

I got a Covid test through this clinic (I believe because they gave me their card at the end). I took the test though at a drive thru center, at a church in Rockville. The test was simple, swab both sides of your nose and they have you do it yourself. They had the results in on the website, by 2 days.

The doctor or actually the nurse practitioner, gave my wife overdose medications. She have three extremely high dose medications and never made it clear what to eat when. Due to the heavy dose, my wife lost my consciousness and she had to be taken to the ER. The doctors at ER said to avoid some of those medications as they are heavy dose and that it can be detrimental to her health. After two days, we went back to talk to the doctor at this clinic. We just wanted to ask her about the medications; we didnt have any new problems. Just wanted to confirm with the doctor about continuing the medications or not. She was adamant about not even seeing us unless we paid her doctors fee. See, there is no problem in paying the fees. In fact, we were there like two days ago and we paid the fees and thats when she gave the high dose medicines and helped us. The fact is that she couldnt even come and see if my wife was ok. I paid the fees and then she came and basically said how it was high dose and most people in her clinic uses some of the medications and it works well for them. Really? Is every individual the same person? They didnt even apologize for the pain and struggle my wife had to go through that day. They could have at least warned us about the side effects of those medications. Totally disappointed with this clinic and their service!

Excellent work team from Kaseman, the COVID test is very easy to do. You can go down or drive. You introduce the swab yourself. Quick and easy. And from 3 to 5 business days they give you the results by phone.

I recommend the kaseman clinic, because they give you all the necessary help, in terms of medical attention and referral to the specialists indicated according to the discomfort you have, in addition to providing help with payments, also, providing other types of help services with referral to other competent areas such as vision, teeth, and eating programs.

I would never visit this clinic the only thing they do is take the money yesterday take my mother very bad health and the doctor said he did not have anything all was well now is very bad health because he has a very large infection I do not recommend this clinic
