The best massage therapy I have experienced in the DMV. The staff always targets the muscles that need attention the most. Great intensity from light to heavy depending on your needs. Cant recommend enough!

The spa was able to accommodate my sister and I last minute. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff took precautions such as face masks, sanitizer and shoe coverings. My masseuse was Annie, she was very skillful and made me feel relaxed in a comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend this new small business. 👌🏾

I got a great massage at Y&Y Spa. It just opened, and is very clean. The staff takes safety very seriously, always wearing masks and meticulously cleaning the rooms after every customer. Very professional and great technique. Private parking is also very convenient.

This is to highly recommend Annie and Lucy at Y and Y, where I recieve outstanding professional therapeutic massage for athletic and age-related pain. They offer good price by packages, and work so hard on all the cramped up muscles from sciatica and other back and shoulder related overuse and strain that they fit two hours of work into one. The pressure is perfect-- not too hard to injure, but hard enough to uncramp and allow healing. Their strength and endurance, along with quality knowledge of the body are amazing. Their healing treatment allows me to continue playing competitive tennis while using minimal pain medication. In addition, the place is well decorated, with private spacious rooms with doors, flannel sheets and relaxing music.

Unprofessional. Selfish. Dishonest.I was told that 15 mins into my 30 min massage that another massaues would attend my husband and by the time I was finished, I was told that that the massaues lady for my husband went to a wrong room. Impossible to believe that after my massaues stopped in the middle of my session to talk to the lady that entered the building to attend my husband like she said before leaving me alone in the dark. But somehow the lady went to the wrong room and then had the audacity to offer my husband a special for an even longer service, which meant for more pay. Disrespectful towards black and brown people. Chinese woman upfront is dishonest and shameful. Never coming back.

If you are into deep tissue massage & clean massage interests you, look no further, you will not find a better store in the town!You only pay $45 for an hour (yes $45 - currently running a promotion for the new store). Hard to beat this! Hot stones are complimentary. Lisa might throw in lavender (scented oil) occasionally!Everyone in this store seems to know the right pressure points to help heal your body and mind.Highly recommended
