It is very unfortunate that it’s come to writing a negative review because I hate doing that.I have been a patient of Dr. Ghosh for over a decade but the quality and care has drastically declined. I needed a prescription refill, the exact same prescription I’ve taken for over 10 years and the front desk staff told me I’m considered a new patient? I thought that was weird but I was fine with it considering the whole world was on lock down for a year because of Covid - so no I haven’t been in for an annual check up lately. But she was actually rude (and unhelpful) telling me it had been 3 years since I was seen? Also I already had my annual check up scheduled so I didn’t even understand why she was giving me an attitude or trying to argue. But I wasn’t going to argue with a kid on the phone about nonsense. Unfortunately, I was not able to be helped by doctor Ghosh for my refill that I needed.After the unnecessary drama, my husband and I have decided to find another primary care doctor for our family. Just to give you some background information I’m in excellent shape, I come into the office whenever Dr. Ghosh tells me I need checkups or she needs to run heart tests or anything even when I didn’t have insurance and I paid her out of pocket. The bottom line is, if you want a doctor who cares about you and your family, don’t come here.

Went in for a laser hair touch up. Great experience. Very knowledgeable, comfortable setting and explained everything step by step.

Awesome doctor. Have been going since 2015. Taking great care of me. I would recommend her to my friends.

I was still seeing a pediatrician at age 19, so I was a little nervous to visit a grown-up doctor, but Dr. Ghosh was extremely warm and kind. She remembered everything about my family, who also see her, and was in general was very talkative and showed obvious concern for what my problems were and why I came. In other words, she didnt try to hurry me up like some doctors try to when theyre busy. Every time Ive come in sick, shes been able to get me better within a couple of days or a week.

She listens, willing to help and asks good questions. Short wait time with excellent staff.
