Dr Tejura was my rock during 9 surgeries on my knee. He was knowledgeable. He made every scheduled appointment in the hospital for consultations and was always there for me. He is well thought of throughout Shady Grove hospital and some one i could always count on.

I met with one of the ID doctors about my health and recent dental infection. The only thing MIDC is concerned with is sending you a bill and not following through on plan of care. Waste of time, money, and health going to this practice. They are happy they got my money. I am happy Im posting this bad review. Maybe one day they will need this nurses help and I can return the favor.

I went to this practice to get a diagnosis for an unexplained fever. Dr. Aly ran a number of tests. I tried scheduling a follow up, but the office told me it wasn’t necessary because they would call me. So, I never got a call nor did anybody follow up. Dr. Aly also requested tests that were not covered by insurance. While I understand that is not completely his fault, I contacted the office a number of times and requested help and I did not receive a satisfactory response. I know I will now have to eat $1000 bill for tests, but I think I would feel a lot better about it if the office had been actually responsive to my emails and calls. I would not recommend this practice. Neither the doctor nor the office are willing to help you with an actual diagnosis or navigating insurance. You are just a paycheck to them.

I made an appointment over a month ago. I was told on that call to bring my referral. I explained my insurance is MD Physicians Care NO REFERRAL NEEDED FOR PAYMENT. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL PRIOR TO MY VISIT ON MARCH 5 at 4pm. I got my 6yr old out of school early and arrived at 3:45. I was there for an 1hour NEVER SAW A DOCTOR. The ladies at the desk are not knowledgeable on their job. They tried to tell me after 30 minutes that their billing department sent a note saying MY INSURANCE REQUIRES a referral . They gave me two phone numbers to call their billing department, both numbers where not to their billing department????I called my insurance who told this office A REFERRAL IS NOT REQUIRED AND IF THEIR BILLING WANTS ONE THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO MY VISIT.THIS IS MY LIFE AND THIS DOCTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS EMPLOYEES. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS FOR NEW PATIENTS.DO NOT GO TO A PHYSICIAN WHO ALLOWS A NEW PATIENT OR ANYONE TO SIT FOR A HOUR AND NOT COME OUT AND ADDRESS THE SITUATION! HE ASKED FOR THE NEXT PATIENT WHICH WAS ME THE ONLY AFRICAN AMERICAN WHO WAS NOT SEEN THEY CALLED THE PERSON AFTER ME! I arrived 15 minutes earlyIM REPORTING HIM TO MD BOARD OF PHYSICIANS. He is responsible for ALL STAFF

Agree with other review. This doctor only cares about payment not your health.I was asked to pay for services provided while I was in the hospital without being provided an invoice. I had to specifically request one. After requesting one, I was given no opportunity to review or understand it. Finally, the office felt their billing policies were more important than patient health. They would not see me till I paid an invoice I was given no chance to review with my insurance.

The staff did not respect my time, they misscheduled my appointment and just had me wait for over an hour without telling me how long the wait would be, without providing me with my test results, and they made me pay so I could decide to leave after it had already been an hour. Dr aly seems nice but but this is totally disrespectful, I’m in and out of doctors all the time, I know things can be stressful and run late but this experience is incredibly discouraging when seeking a diagnosis.
