Weve hired three companies in the past and this was the best. Much better prices, easier to work with and the caregivers were all very nice.

My mother has had wonderful caregivers provided by SmithLife Homecare. The office is extremely responsive (within hours) when my mom got sick and needed an aide. It is wonderful to be able to get help quickly, when and only when needed. If my mom wasnt happy with a particular aide, they would work with us to find the right person. Now my mom has full-time help, and the aides have been kind and diligent.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the professional, warm and compassionate support we are receiving from our SmithLife caregiver. There is no task too small or large for her to handle cheerfully. I can leave home for a few hours and know that my husband is in good hands.

We have had support from Smithlife for the past few years to care for our Mother at her independent living facility. They have been very good to work with, always meeting our needs, especially on very short notice, and their caregivers have been excellent.The administrative staff has always been available and very responsive to any requests we would have, day or night, and made sure the needs of my Mother were always their priority..The primary caregivers assigned to my Mothers long term care treated her as their own family member and made her day to day life so much easier and more complete through their caring and approach to their job. We appreciated the support we received from Smithlife and would certainly recommend them for anyone needing care for a family member.

I had an excellent experience with Smithlife Homecare - my mother broke both her elbows in a fall and given our inability to be with her in person during her inpatient rehab due to COVID, we wanted extra care. Kathleen and her team responded immediately to my request, were very responsive and supportive as I tried to navigate the healthcare system, and even worked over the weekend to ensure my mother would have coverage as soon as possible. The caregiver, Dana, was kind and attentive. Would absolutely recommend this team to anybody.

We found the staff member Kathleen care coordinator to be rude and inconsiderate when we attempted to book home care services for my sister, outside of normal business hours .Initially we were given the inaccurate impression, that care services could be arranged 24/7 . By Brittney another care coordinator.However Discovered that was far from the truth . We decided to move on to another agency , encouraged our friends, ministry members to avoid SmithLife Homecare services

My 95 year old mother had to leave her home of 67 years & moved to the Ring House. We set her up with a Smith Life aide & the experience was excellent. She loves all the aides and feels safe & protected. Whenever there is an issue.I have.been notified immediately.This is a huge life change & we couldnt have dealt with everything without these ladies. Just knowing that my mom is comfortable & enjoying the attention took an enormous weight off our shoulders.

I have been highly impressed with the quality and reliability of the SmithLife staff. The managerial staff have been very responsive, and customer-oriented. Their aides show up like clockwork. When I phone, I get through immediately to a responsible, helpful staff member, who answers my questions. I mentioned once that we would prefer a certain aide: their staff took note and have made sure that we get her as often as possible. Over the holidays, I forgot to book an aide and called in a panic on a Saturday night to ask if they could find someone - I was packing my overnight bag when I heard from Maria (I think) that she had located an aide at the last minute for that night. What a relief! It meant a lot that she would go the extra mile to make up for my mistake. I feel like I can totally count on them, which gives me real peace of mind. And I feel that our needs are important to them, which is priceless.

We worked with SLHC to set up care for my mother when she came home from the hospital and a rehabilitation center after a fall. The care needed to be set up very quickly, and SLHC handled this beautifully. The first four days included overnights, and we have now settled into four hours/day. The care my mother is receiving is excellent, and SLHC has been very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.Fast forward a few months, and we have continued to work with SmithLife and Kathleen McGuinness. My mother has now endured broken ribs, a stroke, and even COVID-19! She has been in and out of now five different care facilities, and each step, each move, was overseen by Kathleen and SLHC. Were currently trying to set up the sixth and final move for my. mother to be near to me in PA. Once again, Kathleen has facilitated the process of information sharing. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate Kathleen and the SLHC team.

Shante was fantastic. She was wonderful with helping me with my knee brace. She’s very personable, kind and attentive. We were watching my fair lady together. Beautiful personality. 5 stars.

Someone at SmithLife HomeCare has the ability to hire the best possible employees an agency could offer! The aides who provided care for my late partner had not only expertise and experience but also compassion and dedication. They gave her – and myself-- understanding and comfort throughout a difficult decline and I am deeply grateful for their help.

The on boarding process was easy. The administration staff was so nice and helpful. I have a lot of certifications now, after orientation and that’s always awesome.

Lesley is one of the good ones. She helped me with my TV and computer. Very knowledgeable with electronics. She went above and beyond what was required.

My caregiver is compatible, and I dont have anything bad to say. Abeba is very punctual, on time, and patient. She does everything thats asked of her.

Smithlife has been good to me. My caregiver, Lauren, is very nice. Shes good, she knows what shes doing.
