My experience with this agency was terrible. Annette Davis signs contracts and disregards what she signs. She did not care if I had an aide in place or not. She also ignores telephone calls about why she didnt let me know that no aide was coming. Her husband said he would tell her I called and she never called me. I felt very disrespected on many telephone calls to and from her. I decided the experience was so bad that I have reported her agency to the state to let them know about the disregard about signing a contract to provide an aide and not providing one. Also about ignoring telephone calls about an aide not showing up. Also being disrespected and very rude. For your well being or your relatives well being I would highly recommend staying away from this agency. My honest true opinion. Also her aide broke a very sentimental jewelry box of mine, the aide told she would pay and never paid me, that was over a month ago. Dishonest Aide. I have since found another agency and am very happy with the aide and the owner. Please for your own peace of mind stay away!!!!!!!! from this agency. Signed a very unhappy client.
