After my father was diagnosed, Dr. Wang came and visited him at the hospital. With everything being so sudden and chaotic, I was immediately at ease after speaking with her about the on-going treatment plan she had for my father. My father and I have been regularly visiting Dr. Wang for two years now, AND I CANNOT emphasize the professionalism and the level of care Dr. Wang and her team provide for him. They continually have gone above and beyond to ensure all aspects of his treatments are up to date. Dr. Wang is exceptionally knowledgeable in her practice, so I always feel confident with her by our side. I am incredibly grateful for her staff Nancy, Erica, and Vivian. They have been absolute angels in guiding me and resolving matters related to paperwork, insurance, and smoothing any bumps along the road. My parents and I are delighted to be with Dr. Wang, and we highly recommend them!!

If you life depends on Dr. Wang, I would not recommend her unprofessional. Took 3 days to look into my bloodwork lab report.

My very first appointment with Dr. Wang. I was very pleased with the medical care she gave me. She is very kind, patient and very professional. She took her time explaining my treatment and care. Excellent bed side manners. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr Wangs office is one of the best,kind, helpful, warmth people we know, because they care, I cant say anything negative about them or the office, my mom is getting the best care, I recommend them 100%

It is very hard to get through to them, even when you page, you dont get a call back. My 87 yo mother had horrible mouth sores and thrush Dr Wang refused to see her and we had to beg our primary doctor to see her on a friday so she wouldnt be miserable over the weekend. Per my mom, she makes me feel like I dont matter anymore She wrote a note saying she did a tele health visit with her in August but by then we had already found a new doctor that actually cares.

Terrible phone service. Website says they open at 9 but no one answers the phones until around 10. Very frustrating every single time trying to get in touch with anyone. When asked why their website says one time, but their phones are never rolled over at said time, was given an attitude. Overall, extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. A simple question that could take less than one minute turns into an ordeal that can take up to 1.5 hours. Very inconvenient, why even have phones if no one ever answers or it takes forever to answer??

I am so lucky that I happen to be in the hospital that Dr. Wang does her rotations in back in January of this year. I honestly could have died if it had not been for her expertise in blood disorders. She continued to be my doctor after I got out of the hospital and helped me through a trying time in my life through effective and efficient care.

I have always had a good experience here . I have never waited more then 10-15 mins in the waiting room. Nurses were very nice also

I would give Dr. Wang and her staff a zero star rating if possible. Where to begin? Dr. Wangs negligence delayed diagnosis and thus treatment. She was extremely rushed during all visits and was unsympathetic. I dont know how she has so many patients and am not sure why we received such horrible care. She cannot be trusted to put the patients interests first. Also, expect maybe an hour wait till you see her.To add on to all of this, the receptionists in her office are extremely disorganized, lack professionalism, and seemingly clueless as to what their job responsibilities are. During multiple visits, weve had to repeatedly request documents etc. even though Dr. Wang has a scribe documenting during our visit (who knows if the scribe documented anything). I was asked by the receptionists what type of tests is needed and what drug is it even though Dr. Wang had already stated she will make sure to tell her receptionists - isnt the type of test or drug supposed to be prescribed by the doctor not the patient??? Weve ended up driving back to the office to retrieve medical orders that we had to ask for and the staff forgot to print. Ive also had to call multiple times to ask for key test results necessary for a next day procedure - the office hadnt even bothered requesting the results!Please, if you have the option, do not get care from this physician.

Dr. Wang has my complete trust. Her medical skills are impressive, but its also her instincts that I have come to have faith in.
