If I could give it no star, I would. I, too, had a Saturday appointment. First off, they rescheduled me TWICE, due to the nurse they scheduled me with no longer works for them. BOTH TIMES. When they called me to reschedule a second time, I was promised a second service to compensate for my inconvenience. The person I talked to on the phone, Christine, was really nice, so I figure maybe it really was just their bad luck with nurses. Secondly, the front door to the building was locked, with a handwritten note saying call the office, and someone will open. but if no one answers, theyre with patient and will call you back. We, another patient and I, waited outside until someone came out from the inside and finally got in. That was a bad sign, I should have known better. But I already bought a buywithme deal, so I was going in hoping for better. It seemed okay at first. until I brought up that the second service. The nurse that was there, Alicia, told me to wait in the waiting room until she is done with the next person. I said I was waiting too, and she went crazy! She told me to leave the office, and I will not get any more treatments. When I refused to leave, she called the cops. Wow! Really??? When I left, there were 2 other women waiting outside the building in the freezing cold, with the same story. They rescheduled her twice, and promised a second service to compensate for her inconveniences... I see a pattern. Dont bother wasting your money. Like the first reviewer said. This place is shady. Of course its very clever of them to have a different name for the laser part of the operation. It is otherwise an OB/GYN office. They should just stick to that business, if theyre any good, and not do the laser thing. Its ridiculous!
