Outstanding Staff... extremely professional. Very attentive. Provided a sense comfort with a side of light hearted humor. It was like going to a great restaurant and leaving filling fully satisfied with the meal.

Dr. Charles is a fine clinician. I have never doubted his clinical judgment and I never will. However, if you require chronic medication management that require speedy refills ON TIME, I dont think this practice is the practice for you.After my visit with Dr. Charles, he stated that he sent over the prescription to my pharmacy. However, the pharmacy said they did not receive the prescription. When I called the office twice, they said the prescription would be available by end of the day.Three days later, I still have not received the prescription. I sent a message through the patient portal, and they did not reply back to me for another 4 days. By this point, a week had gone by since my visit with Dr. Charles and I still have not received the prescription at that point.My office visits have been very pleasant and productive every time. However, it has been very frustrating to receive my medications and to get any answers from the staff. My problem with this practice is the lack of response. They have been really pushing the online portal for refills and televisits, but it has been more of a nuisance for the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles and this office for 3 years. Im in the office every 3 to 6 months, sometimes more. With that said, I absolutely love Dr. Charles and his staff.He is very personable, takes time to answer any and all questions and Ive never once felt hurried. Ive seen staff come and go. Some I kinda grew familiar with and felt a little sad that theyre gone...... but theyve all been cordial, even friendly, and in a time where Board certified doctors line up patients in a waiting room to maximize profit, that has never happened to me. I could be wrong, but I dont think Ive ever waited more that 10 minutes.Dr. Charles is the best!!!!

Dr. David Charles and entire staff is very patient, nice, knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. He is concerned with getting to the root of your ailments and does not like prescribing unnecessary Rx that may cause long-term damage to your system. The staff is very personable, understanding and will try to lighten the load to brighten your day if you are having a bad one. Moreover, I am appreciative that they do not over book their appointments and have accommodated my request for same day appointments, next day appointments and returned calls after hours to address my queries and concerns.

Doc Charles has been my doc for almost 30 years (wow has it been that long?). Sometimes I get frustrated with him or his staff - BUT hes a great doctor and I know he cares about my health! Most times more than I do!!Several years ago, after two back surgeries, I had been prescribed way too many medications by a Pain Mgmt doc and was in a fog - literally - (had been for years) - Doc Charles saved my life!He weaned me off of just about everything. Today, thru all the additional health issues I have, he still takes good care of me.His staff has seen a lot of turnover and hes been saddled with some taking advantage of their positions -or- being horribly unreliable (theyre pretty good now tho!!), Doc Charles, however, is a fine doctor and I really am happy that hes MY doctor.
