Having been in the medical industry for 30 years, and specifically ENT for 6 years, I called a friend after moving to this area, to find out who was the best ENT in the Maryland / DC / Viriginia area for Balloon Sinuplasty, and i was told Dr. Michael Siegel was the best. Now 5 years later, I contacted another colleague, familiar with the Vivair procedure and asked him, Who is the best? Again, Dr. Siegel was the physician suggested. He is tremendous, so transparent, and you can tell he only wants to do what is best for you, to help you achieve great outcomes. His staff is second to none. My experience has been exceptional. It just so happens, that he trained at UPenn under one of the worlds experts in sinus therapies. Since then, he has become the expert in cutting edge technology and procedures. He is utilizing all the latest, proven modalities which is something I look for in physicians. He is on top of the best ways in which he can help patients. Thank you Dr. Siegel.

Waited 3o minutes even with appointment, but staff is wonderful and so are doctors. Worth the wait as I am never rushed through my appointment.

Dr. Siegel is an outstanding doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone. I had been experiencing throat pain every time I swallowed for three months. Dr. Siegel took great care and a lot of time with me to diagnose and solve my problem. He prescribed medication in the form of a nasal spray, and within 48 hours the pain was gone. Several weeks later, I am feeling great. No pain. Dr. Siegel also took great care and a lot of time with me at my follow up visit. He is a wonderful doctor and a very nice and compassionate person.

So I will share my experience wither dr Siegel, I made an apt and waited 2 weeks to be seen. I went in with the complaint of left ear sound, which happened after having a cold with sore throat. I was seen 1 hour later than my appt time. I felt so rushed through the exam.

I recently had several visits to see Dr. Siegel and found that he and all his staff are Professional, caring, and experts in the services they offer. For over 60 years I have had trouble with my sinuses, and I can now honestly say that since seeing Dr. Siegel this year, this is really the first time treatment has ever given me the relief I was always seeking. Dr. Siegel recommended the balloon sinusplasty procedure and it helped with breathing, sinus infections (so far), and my overall approach to dealing with my sinuses. I also would like to mention that Dr. Siegel has a marvelous sense of humor that allows patients to feel very much at ease. There is no question that I recommend Dr. Siegel and his staff for your sinus issues!

Had an appointment to get my hearing checked. They removed some impacted wax and tested my hearing. Dr. Boswell is an excellent doctor, and very personable. Highly-recommended.

One of the best, professional and witty doctor with a great bedside manner Ive ever seen. Dr. Siegel listened to all my concerns, symptoms and questions regarding my throat and tried to explain and clarify each one of them. He made me feel comfortable during examination and endoscopy, I would highly recommend Dr. Siegal for anything related to ENT.

I was not impressed with this office. Patients are required to complete forms via automated tablet which requires them to sit through pharmaceutical adds to move through the form. I assume that the Dr. gets financial kick backs for this but it is highly unprofessional and a waste of my time. The staff claim that this is a better system because you can access your account online but, in reality, all that is online is the information you entered (and already know) and your billing statement. There are no Dr.s notes, pre/post-op instructions, appointment reminders, or anything of actual value to the patient.Making an appointment is near impossible. It generally takes several attempts before the phone is even answered and, when it is, you are put on hold indefinitely - often with several different people picking the phone up and asking what you want - which you have to explain all over again - and still no guarantee that your call will end up in the right place.Procedure, operative instructions are also a mess. I was given the absolutely incorrect instructions pre-procedure (ingest items that would trigger symptoms rather than wouldnt trigger symptoms) - rendering test result invalid. And, when I went on line to the automated portal to find pre-op instructions, I found (as mentioned above) that none of that information is available - just information that helps them get paid.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Siegel, from first visit to surgery and through follow-up. He uncovered, diagnosed and corrected an issue causing chronic sinus infections that other Drs had missed for years. Staff was professional as well and wait times were reasonable.

I never realized how bad my nasal congestion was until Dr. Siegel did my balloon sinuplasty. I would recommend him without hesitation. I can finally breathe now and am just over the moon on how good I feel. After many years of congestion and chronic infections, I can finally take a deep breath of fresh air. It amazes me how important our nose is and how much of difference this procedure has made in my daily routine. I called that morning and Dr Siegel squeezed me in and I was still seen in a timely manner. Dr. Siegel used excellent diagnostic tools to determine the issue quickly. He was professional, friendly, and helpful.

I went to Dr. Siegel a few years ago for a tonsillectomy. He and his staff were all professional and friendly from the front desk to the surgery. As an adult undergoing this procedure, I expected my recovery to be long and painful, but it went seamlessly with very little discomfort. Since then my health has been greatly improved and I have recommended Dr. Siegel to anyone I know who is looking for an ENT.

After two months of waiting for an appointment, When I went to the appointment, the receptionist said that their panel is full & wont accept my insurance! I am not sure why they didnt say anything when I made the appointment. Very disappointing & unprofessional for a doctors office. Not a friendly staff.
