The doctors and nurses are very welcoming. Can’t wait for my next doctors appointment in six months!!

The doctors here have always been good. The front desk staff is absolutely horrendous. They ignore phone calls and have attitudes when they have to answer. I’m finding a new doctors office.

Had to find a new primary. Very clean, very friendly, considerate and personable. Great experience. ill definitely be back.

I have been going to this office for years and the Doctors are extremely nice and helpful. However, the from desk staff has literally always been rude especially on the phone. I enjoy going here with my son but anytime I need to call they are always sarcastic or rude. I dont think there is a time I have called and they are not rude. They sound like they hate their jobs at the front desk. I have been hung up on the phone twice. Angie is the name of one of the rude employees

I love my doctor. Great as usual. Especially, extraordinary and super helpful during this uneasy time of COVID.Highly recommend, if you’re lucky to become a patient of this practice.

Dr. Marshak is great but the experience with the staff has been horrible. The lady picking up the calls is not friendly. To make things worse, today she left me various minutes on hold and at the end of the call she terminated the call while I still trying to speak. I am very disappointed and upset.

After Covid recovery still had a cough. Called and got same day appointment. Treated and given Rx. All is great now. Staff and Dr. we’re great in every way. Could not ask for more.D. Shaheen

Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale are awesome. Ive been a patient for years and they really each know their stuff. I have found them both to be good listeners and as a Mom of two boys (who each see Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale), I know that soliciting information is not always easy. I love the new office and am happy to schedule well and sick visits!

If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, and attentive doctor, this is the place to go. Dr. Reale is amazing with my 3 year old. I never feel rushed, and my questions not only get answered fully, but i feel validated when asking them. Super clean office as well. Highly recommend

I have been with Doctor Marshak for many many years now, I only have the highest praise and the greatest esteem for him as a Doctor. Very courteous and caring all the time.

Dr. Marshak is by far the best doctor I ever had. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but has a wonderful bedside manner. He even laughed at my bad jokes. He patiently listens to your problem and quickly diagnosis it. He is genuinely concerned with your overall health. He had been my doctor for years. Unfortunately I moved back to my home state and if kidnapping were legal I would have brought him with me. I will definitely miss him!

As a psychotherapist, Ive worked closely with Dr. Reale for a while now. She is SO invested in not ONLY her patients physical well-being but their mental well-being as well. She constantly checks in with me to follow up about their progress and completes necessary medical/blood exams to rule out certain conditions. Teens and kids ADORE her. Her patients have nothing but amazing things to say about her. I decided to switch over to her as well. And I feel blessed to have found her. Shes the kind of doctor that you can actually EMAIL and get in touch with. She provides SAME DAY appointments AND Telehealth (Video sessions) if you cant make it in!! Honestly, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. You will NOT regret it. Ive finally found a doctor that truly cares about me as a person. I cant wait for my child to be old enough to see her!!

Great practice! Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale make a great team and are on top of it. Ive never had problems with the staff. They arent overly friendly but are always helpful. Never have problems getting in to see the doctor either.

Dr. Marshak is a great primary care doctor. He has a nice bedside manner and really listens and takes time to make sure you are taken care of. I have been very happy with my visits in addition to any treatments I have needed. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a patient for almost 4 years. Dr. Marshack is a very compassionate doctor which is really rare to find these days. The front staff is just as compassionate. I love the consistency. It’s also nice to see the same faces at every visit.

Appointments are almost always on time, and theyll fit you into their schedule should you need to see a doctor on short notice. The staff is friendly and professional. Both doctors are professional and will take the time to answer any questions from the patient. The folks here seem to genuinely care about their patients. Marshak has been my Primary Care Physician for years and I have no intent on changing that.

The best in care - simply, the best. Dr. Marshak takes the time to listen and understand the issues facing this patient. Further, the staff are very courteous and professional. Indeed, I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Marshak - thank you.

Great and supportive staff

I just booked an appointment, the staff would first tell me it would be nurse practitioner, then I asked for doctor. She could also not confirm if they are in network with blue cross. Not a great experience making an appointment, hopefully my visit is better (unless I find someone else before the 2 month wait time).

Dr. Marshak very pleasant and understanding, miss the firm. Staff was very rude to patient on phone, leaving work saying theyre in restroom when shopping, hanging up on the patient saying it was the phone. Spoken to patient in a nasty way blame it on the patient when it was their fault. Staff disrespected their boss when not around. The boss they had youve though they Treat them with a highly respect. Staff lost blood and blame it on the labs when it was their fault. Dr. Marshak need to have staff that he can trust and dont have to worry.

Excellent, caring practice in which the medical providers take time to listen to you. The practice is responsive, uses current technology and is quick to make appointments. You will be pleased by the competence and the professionalism.

Hard to select a star rating that equates dislike, when the doctors are great (both Dr Marshak and Dr Reale) but over the past few years the staff has become progressively worse. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, lack compassion, and are frequently nearly unintelligible. As a minority female I find the latter of the issues particularly intolerable. Fine, I was very late and missed my appointment time, but repeating youll have to pay a $50 no show fee b/c you didnt make it by your appointment time when Im trying to tell you what I need from my doctor, which were refills of prescriptions that have to be picked up in person, shouldnt have required an appointment to begin with! After years of having Dr Marshak as my primary care physician, even being willing to drive from Northern Virginia to still see him, the time may have come to change that.

Dont expect to get your referral in a timely manner. We already sent it to your specialist electronically but it never went through. If you ask them to send the referral again, it would take up to 24 hours - never immediate action even if you ask for help, a piece of paper cannot be faxed over right away. I almost felt like this could be race discrimination if others didnt experience what I have gone through.In conclusion, Dr. Marshak is fine but his staff are rude, unprofessional.

Dr. Marshak was my doctors for years, then he became to busy and stopped returning my calls. The staff changed and the quality of care did also. When I expressed my concerns I was removed from the practice. Thanks for removing me. You did me a favor.

We just checked to see if they had any openings for new patients (we just changed insurance companies) and they were extremely rude. The receptionist was obnoxious, especially to a potential new client and to someone who is not feeling well. It was nothing short of unprofessional and rude and I can tell you we definitely decided to go with a different doctor. It would be best to avoid this particular office, Id hate to see how they behaved if you actually had a problem.

We have been going to Steven P Marshek for close to 7 years, he has been friendly talking, listens and advises.Prescribes right medications which work pretty well for the problem.We feel comfortable with him as Primary Care physician.

Dr. Marshek is my primary care doctor for me and my husband. We have been going to him for medical visits since one year. He is very nice and listens to the problem what we say and suggest approriate decisions.I would recommend this doctor.
