It was worth the wait for an appointment to see Dr. Glaser. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I know my daughter is in good hands with her future eye surgery. The entire staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Our daughter was born prematurely at HCGH, so we were scheduled for her 6-moth follow up at the Maple Lawn location. The doctors and front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. We saw Dr. Cromelin who did a fantastic job keeping our 6-month olds attention.

Highly recommend! Dr. Rosin is amazing with kids and extremely thorough in his approach.

We are still waiting after dilated eyes since 10:40, the wait was quick at first but then after dilated eyes it is 12:16 and we are still waiting. Personnel is kind and lovely, but no freaking way they delay 2 hours soon and no information if next or what’s going on. 3 patients left already without services and got reimburse they waited so long. They have 2-3 major issues: not anticipating waits, not having toys to distract little kids, and waiting a month for an appointment for with getting to the doctor take 2 hours or so.

Great fast service to get you in and out. Excellent job making our child feel comfortable and process was smooth.

Ive been coming here for a few years. The practice came highly recommended from a friend who is a pediatric vision specialist. I am grateful for that recommendation.The waiting room is kid friendly. The staff behind the counter are efficient and kind. Their pandemic practices support safety of the vulnerable. My physicians have all been very fun with the kids (I have 3). Dr.Cromelin is really nice and good with kids, but I’ve never been to any other pediatric practice that makes people wait for this long. You have to wait months to even get an appointment, and then hours at the office. During COVID times, with a child having to sit in the waiting room waiting and waiting. I watched several children (and parents) lose their patience while we were waiting.

Our 8-yr old son has been seeing Dr. Caroline Cromelin at Kids Eye Care of Maryland for the past four years. She is truly the best kids ophthalmologist you could ask for! Their staff at both offices are also very nice and helpful.

Great place to take your kids for eye exams. My daughter has some slight crossing of her eyes and they have helped us with her glasses to make it less. My son was also checked and they were very kind and patient with him. He has trouble with people examining his eyes and also doesnt deal well with medical appointments in general. They took their time with him and he walked out happy. Im very happy they are here and plan on continuing to take my kids there.Alexis Jacobsen

My daughter had her very first eye doctor appointment with Dr. Cromelin. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our wait time was very short and the front desk was very attentive. Their technicians Lincon and Brenda helped calm my daughter down before putting the eye drops into her eyes. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning to the Rockville location! Thank you Dr. Cromelin and staff. :)

They show a genuine warmth for the children that put my child at ease and worked swiftly (without rushing us) to make sure that my antsy child - and others - werent waiting long.I know affordable is a relative term, but my family doesnt use vision insurance, and we found Kids Eye Care of MD to be affordable.Very happy with our experience and with Dr. Rosin! Very nice doctor, but TERRIBLE wait times. Spent two hours waiting with a 1 year old and a 3 year old, who was very fed up by the end of it. They cram as many people as they can into the small waiting area. It seems unsafe and unnecessary to have this many people in the waiting room at one time.

The office staff are very kind and the overall time took less than 2 h. Dr. Guretzky is very attentive and listened all our concerns.

From the moment I arrived I felt so welcome! Amazing patient care especially being a pediatric practice. The doctor was very friendly, caring with how she approached my son and explained everything thoroughly. First time here and highly recommended if your child needs any eye care/help.

Overall very organized office with friendly staff. Explained the different tests and answered questions clearly. My child was comfortable with knowing what to expect for each type of exam that was done. Dr. Rosin summarized the results and made it easy to understand next steps. I was very happy with the visit.

I loved the doctor and the staff. The only thing is the wait time. It is entirely too long. My appointment was at 9:30am and I left there at 12pm. Waited to be seen by the doctor for over an hour! That needs improvement. Other than that, it’s a great place.

Im so glad I chose this office for my 6yr old. Most places couldnt get us in because she was too young, they started at age 7. I came across their page on google, scheduling over the phone was quick and easy. Although I had an hour and a half of a wait to see the doctor, my daughter enjoyed her visit and the doctor was humorous and personable. I will def be returning for her follow up visit and spreading the word for any mommies looking for an ophthalmologist.

We had an amazing experience with Kids Eye Care of Maryland and Dr. Glaser. My daughter is only 11 months old and they made the process so easy for the both of us. They were so kind and patient. We had to wait in the waiting room while my daughter’s eyes dilated and the waiting room was so clean and kid friendly. Once they examined her eyes, they gave me a clear explanation of what they thought and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them anyone who has concerns about their child’s eyes. I was impressed with my experience.

We were referred to Kids Eye Care from another opthmalogist. My daughter had something stuck in her eye. The front desk was friendly and technician was also caring when giving her exams and eye drops. She told her exactly what she was going to do and let me be with her in the room. When we spoke with the doctor the first time both parents were able to be there. Dr. Glaser also was nice and explained what he was going to do. He and his mentor decided it was best to remove the object without going to the OR. It was a team effort with Dr. Glaser and the technician and even my daughter who had to remain calm while they approached her eye with instruments. They used numbing drops beforehand and calming voices and energy to keep her calm. It was quick, simple (to an onlooker) snd my daughter felt immediate relief. We have been going in for check ups with another doctor snd her eye has been healing well with the prescription antibiotics and steroids. I recommend this place.

This little place is a great for little ones. Some of the equipment and chairs looked pretty worn and outdated, but it was functional. They have a hallway/lobby area outside of the office to be used as a waiting room during COVID19, which is great for social distancing.

Kids Eye care has been my sons eye care center since he was an infant. The staff has always been friendly, professional and informative. I cant say that we have ever had a negative experience working with anyone at Kids Eye care. They truly care about all the concerns of my son and his eye development.

From the first phone call to the appointment reminder and visit, everyone was very friendly and very personal. Not one employee had an attitude or that new normal that you almost expect when you go to see a Dr. Some who hates their job and has a permanent attitude. They were all wonderful. They were great with both of my children who are 2 and 3. They were very helpful, explained in a way you could understand and worked with them on their level. The girls actually loved the entire visit. Even with the craziness of the pandemic and having to wait outside for an hr after dilation. (Due to virus) They work with the kids as if all was normal and choose their battles. They helped us find the prescribed items at a fair cost and went above and beyond. Even with the 45min drive, this is definitely our new pediatric eye dr. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Horrible customer service! I had scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance for my son. When I called to check on my appointment after 3 months I was told they do not have track of it and will need to schedule another appointment 6 months out!! Please save your self the hassle and find another provider.

I would highly recommend Dr.Luck. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Luck is a very good doctor, she is very thorough and actually cares about her patients. My daughter has been seeing her for 2 years now for amblyopia in one of her eyes. I would highly recommend Dr. Luck.

Great experience! We were seen immediately after arriving and they started the process of dilating my daughters eyes. They checked a couple of times to see when they were fully dilated and then the examination began. The doctor was very thorough in making sure she explained everything she was doing and followed up on all of my daughters concerns so that she felt at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Started bringing my child here when he was a year old ... Kids Eye Care of Maryland helped keep us from having to get surgery over the past 12 years. Very sad to be aging out of their practice. 11 years of quality, professional care - I would highly recommend anyone whos child has has eye issues.

Very friendly staff all the way around. They always do what they can to make appointments go as smoothly as possible and are up front about the length of time the appointment could take. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Rosin for several years and has always been super patient and understanding even when my child was at a less cooperative age. Highly reccomend.

My five year old daughter had failed the vision screening at her pediatrician’s office so we brought her here for a full eye exam. First off, they squeezed us in which I appreciate. Next, they were very patient and understanding with our daughter who is on the autism spectrum. The appointment went way better than expected and she loved playing with the blocks in the waiting room while her pupils dilated. We were warned ahead of time to allow for two hours...we wound up being there for closer to an hour and a half. No surprises, so happy we came here!

My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and we were referred to this office after a unfortunately terrible experience at MyEyeDr. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. My daughter also has really bad anxiety, especially with new people, and Ms. Caroline, as well as the young lady who met with my daughter first were so amazing, compassionate, understanding, and took their time with her. Anyone with young kids should consider going here!

2 of my kids, a 6 year old and a newborn, are seen by Dr. Glaser and I feel like they couldn’t be in better hands. Everyone in the office is kind and patient, they are very thorough and I’ve never once felt rushed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for great care for their children!

That is so unusual with my daughter. I was also satisfied with the treatment and service they rendered us. We felt special. We took my three-year-old to Kids Eye Care of Maryland. They made us, especially him, feel very welcome and his new glasses are perfect for him!

It was my sons first visit to the eye doctor. He is four and usually has a hard time with doctors. I was amazed at the technology and therapy they used on him. He went into the visit like a big boy and I am so proud of him. First visit was 2 hours but we were warned and got brunch in between our wait. The doctor was informative and handled my son like a true professional. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great staff I was seen in just a few minutes. I would recommend to anyone especially kids who dont know their letters or colors they find ways to still chk their eyes. they make the kids feel very comfortable. My 4 year old loved it.

I couldnt be happier with my sons vision improvement. We were able to get a diagnostic, went with the glasses she recommended and have seen the difference its made for my son. He really needed them. I called to schedule an appointment for my three kids. Though, if you work and would like to take all your kids (more than two) at the same time to avoid taking off work so much; you cannot get an appointment per the scheduler for the same day; even if the schedule permits. She told me per policy they can only see two of my kids. I would have to make an appointment another day for the other child. Never asked their age or anything. Mine you my kids are 12, 11, and 9. I dont understand their policy, but for that reason I scheduled an appointment at another Ophthalmologist. I rate them a three because Im nice.
