I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Roumani. He is kind, gentle and professional. His endodontic dental work is superb and his follow up care is excellent. The staff is also excellent and the office well run.

I am terrified of the pain for root canal. My experience was pleasant for a change, with very minor discomfort for couple days afterward. The doctor and his assistant worked liked as they knew what is needed next with almost no conversation. LOL. Dont delay your pain and get it done. I do highly recommend this group and I have no hesitation to do it again with this group if I need another root canal.Koorosh Zargaroff

I really appreciate Dr. Jins mannerism. I never felt rushed or that he didnt have the time to address all my concerns. I had a traumatic accident that made me slightly emotional for a week. Once I saw Dr. Jin. I actually started feeling better. He really listens to the patient and tries to answer all your questions sympathetically. You can tell he really tries to understand your worries and wants you to feel satisfied with the final results. He is kind and realistic. I really felt like I was very fortunate to find an endodontist who is not only great skillfully but also very relatable. I went in with a mind full of unknown scenarios and what ifs, and left satisfied, less worried, and mostly at peace. I am very happy with the final results and looking back I feel very grateful for having been under his care.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of it. I went to them after my Dentist informed me that I had an infected tooth right after I had just finished getting a crown . Needless to say I was fuming especially after she informed me that I might need to have the tooth extracted.Dr. Roumani was not only professional but he listened to me patiently as I aired my frustration. After a couple of quick tests he comfortably and confidently told me that I was not going to loose my tooth . His work was precise and on point with minimum discomfort. He said what he was going to do and did exactly that.

Very pleasant experience, staff was very professional, kind and efficient. Compared to my other dental visits with other clinics, Dr. Walker and his staff we very efficient, thorough and accommodating. Very clean office, all staff are professional and caring making the visit very pleasant during the pandemic. Receptionist, dental assistant and dentist answered all questions I had, my procedure was completed very quickly in a safe and efficient manner. My experience was positive in all respects, that is, scheduling, clinically, courtesy, and soothing office decor. Dr. Romani performed my root canal with a very minimum of discomfort.

My experience was solely related with Communication and Attitude issue of Admission Desk Member. It impacted my expectation around Care and Value for Patient.Communication is key: Staff should be trained to introduce themselves, listen the patient carefully, understand the need, walk thru the procedure and navigate accordingly. That lady who was sitting there did not event listen carefully, not even look at my face, she was just ordering things to others and ignore the patient real need. I wasn`t even informed what my insurance process at the end.Attitude: Patient Care starts with a basic smile. Lack of positive attitude made me feel that I am in a very stressful place on top of my numb mouth and uncomfortable tooth pain. I do not want go there again but I have to because of ongoing treatment.Note: I want to exclude endodontist and endodontist`s assistant from above comment. My experience with them was awesome. Assistant was so welcoming and genuine. Dt. Jin is likewise, he was very patient centric and informative. Thanks.

I cant commend Dr. Jin and his assistant Guillermina (Mina) enough. Dr. Jin and Mina tackled my complicated root canal in about 2.5 - 3 hours. Close to the 2 hour mark, Dr. Jin and Mina took one last x-ray to finish up, and Dr. Jin was not 100% satisfied with the outcome. He had already filled and sealed the tooth and everything. Where any other doctor would have just been done, Dr. Jin said I need to make another adjustment. He and Mina then proceeded to re-drill my tooth and go at it for another hour or so until he was completely satisfied. This was a first for me from any doctor and thats why Im taking the time to actually write this review. I told Dr. to never change in his attention to detail and thoroughness with his patients. Really appreciated the slow and methodical and complete work done by Dr. Jin. I felt that he did a very careful and thorough diagnosis and was very deliberate and careful with the procedure. Definitely felt no worse than a typical minor dental procedure.

Was referred by my dentist to come for a root canal. I already had X-rays and a CT performed last week. Called the office and scheduled it, drove 25 minutes expecting to have the procedure performed that day as I told the receptionist I was being referred for a root canal. All that happened was another “evaluation” where the doctor took another X-ray, confirmed my tooth was sensitive by spraying it with ice cold water and then telling me “Yes I need a root canal. Schedule it for a later day.” I have been trying to get my tooth fixed for weeks and am in pain. Very frustrating.

A very efficient and polite office staff. Dr.Walker was considerate and responsive during the visit and tries to make it less stressful.

I needed an emergency root canal and they could not have been any more accommodating! I called their office at 8am and was in the chair by 9:45. The office was clean, organized and is using very modern technology. Dr. Christopher Jin was very attentive and answered any questions I had promptly. During the procedure Dr. Jin and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. They were able to access my insurance and determine my copay. I have no idea what the ‘normal’ cost would have been, but I was happy to pay $220 to walk out pain free. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Roumani is amazing. I got my first root canal done by him and was really nervous. He was very thorough in checking my tooth as I was referred by another dentist. He explained everything and went to work. I couldnt believe how fast he was done and how little pain I had during my recovery. Honestly my fillings hurt more, both during and after.Highly recommend Dr. Roumani!

I would highly recommend this practice!! Such a great experience! I was experiencing a lot of pain and his office was very understanding and assisted me with making an appointment soon. I was extremely nervous about getting my first root canal, but Dr. Jin was so great, he made me feel so comfortable throughout this whole experience. He numbed me up so well that I didnt feel much afterwards. Also, his staff was super friendly and welcoming also the office was so clean.

I had a lot of post procedure pain and when having the second appointment which was the final step of the procedure my eye was anesthetized so I couldn’t close my eye or blink for a couple of hours. I have never had that happen during any of my other procedures. My eye kept getting dry and burned as I had to keep manually blinking my eye. An eye covering or patch would have been helpful to keep my eye closed. It made driving home very difficult.

The office is spotless and the staff is amazing. Dr Jin was terrific. He explained everything, was thorough and professional, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice.

Had a root canal and everyone was nice and professional

This is only the second review I have ever written and the first one wasnt a good one, so Im really excited to share this one. I had been putting off a root canal for about 15 years trying to band aid it until 2 days ago when I could know longer avoid getting it done due to intense pain. I had scheduled it a year ago then canceled it after watching a Youtube video. When I came in the office, it was very clean and professional. The nurse was SO friendly and made me feel so at ease. I was so anxiety ridden that I almost threw up in the car on my way there. The dentist was so honest and really made feel better. I didnt feel ANYTHING he was so good at administering the local. I had virtually no pain the next day. The nurse held my hand. Made jokes to take my mind off of everything. I highly recommend this office.

Iam not one to provide quick reviews. I prefer to wait a little while to make sure there are no after service issues. Doc Jin performed a root canal more than a year ago. As well as treatment on another tooth to determineif it could be saved.Iam happy to say everything was and still is perfect. His initial evaluation was honest. His work was awesome and professional.Confirmed by my dental hygienist wife.The assistants were very friendly and supportive helping the process to be practically pain free.I appreciated the clean office and the friendly and accommodating front desk staff.I highly recommend Doc Jin and his staff to every and anyone!

Dr. Yaser Roumani was great at performing the root canal on my lower left molar this morning. i was referred to him by Dr. Mistry at Vedic Dental and he did not disappoint. he was gentle and attentive to my questions and worries. to my surprise the procedure didnt even hurt! the root canal was done quickly and effectively. + his assistant, Mina, was the sweetest woman! careful, clean, and made sure that i was comfortable with everything that she was required to do BEFORE she did it. the numbing medicine wore off when they said it would, i went to work immediately after the procedure, and i am in no great pain. the front desk ladies were funny, extremely kind and patient.overall, great facility, great people, would recommend!
