Dr. Siegel and his staff are first rate: courteous, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. From my first visit there last year (when my long-time dentist wouldn’t see me during the pandemic) to now, they always make time to see me for emergencies. Both my husband and I see Dr Kramer at this practice. Look for a small office in the corner of the Giant plaza. She is very attentive, takes the time to understand the background of her patients, and has great rapport with staff. I hate going to the dentist, and rarely have great experiences. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, I would highly suggest visiting Dr Kramer and seeing Ashley too. When I needed to take a break, they were very patient and gave me a moment to relax. I have been seeing Dr. Siegel and his hygienist Jilna (sp?) for several years and absolutely recommend them. Dr. Siegel is a true professional that is willing to spend tine with patients. Jilna is a treat to visit with. Super nice and expertly gentle and gives helpful advice in a non critical way. Round it out with Angelica, the receptionist who is appropriately named and they make a great team.

Dr Kramer provided gentle and compassion treatment and showed a great amount of care with the services I received. I was very comfortable with the treatment plan she outlined for me and the services performed.

I was apprehensive about going to the dentist during this pandemic. I was quickly reassured that all would be fine when I was greeted at the door by a masked and gloved employee who took my temperature and signed me in then I used their hand sanitizer. The dentist and his assistant were masked, gloved, wore full length gowns,additional face shields and hair nets. I used a special bacteria killing mouth wash for 45 seconds prior to beginning my appointment. I was given excellent safe care the entire time I was there. I felt very safe with all the precautions that Dr Siegel’s office has taken. Excellent experience. I appreciate all the measures they took.

Dr Siegel himself cleaned my teeth. Usually, Jilna, the dental hygienist, does the cleaning, but since she was out of the office, I got our longtime dentist, Dr Victor Siegel. He cleaned my teeth very gently and carefully. He made sure to scrape off all the plaque that I accumulate. After getting the fluoride treatment, I left with sparkling clean teeth!

Waited during the covid for Dr Siegal to reopen. He made me a perfect cap in one visit using his sophisticated computer program. Virus protection procedures were really tight. First I was invited into the office by cell, did a health form and had my temp taken. In the chair Dr Siegal had protection head to toe and did a great job working thru a face shield. I was so impressed with his precautions I went ahead and scheduled a cleaning I had postponed.

I tried this dentist out for the first time two months ago. I brought in my own x-rays to provide him with a dental history prior to the first examination. I had a twenty minute exam with the dentist where he asked me a few questions and looked inside my mouth. After the exam, I was asked to pay 50 dollars out of pocket, which was expected due to my insurance coverage. However, a week later I was sent a bill for an additional 113 dollars to cover x-rays. I called the office and told them that I never had x-rays taken but gave them my own copies prior to the appointment. The receptionist admitted the mistake but after three weeks, would not rescind the bill. The office then attempted to bill me an ADDITIONAL 70 dollars. This office uses unscrupulous billing practices. Avoid at all costs.

Yesterday Dr. Siegel changed my life. I understand how bold of a statement that is, but it is undeniably the truth. Let me back pedal. Two months ago, I had an unfortunate event in which I broke my central incisor. For those of you who do not know what that is, it was my front tooth. I recently moved to the area in which I have no contacts and bare no connections. As hopeless and desperate as I was, I went to an emergency dentist. Moments into my visit I learned that I had to have the tooth extracted due to a fracture. I was heartbroken. By the end of my visit, I was even more devastated to see the results, which were the least bit flattering. I was referred to another dentist whom was a friend of a friend of a friend. He also did his best, however, my front tooth then looked worse from when this all began.I was discouraged more and more every day and isolating as much as humanly possible. I then began to research. I hadn’t been satisfied with any of the functionality or aesthetics of this new addition. I established that I needed someone who specialized in implants and cosmetic dentistry in order to get the satisfaction that I was looking for, and not just a general dentist. I found multiple candidates in the area, but Dr. Siegel caught my eye. His background in education and experience outweighed anyone else that I had found. He kindly allowed me to visit for a free consultation. He spent well over two hours with me, answering every concerning question I had and explaining with excessive detail. For someone who is particular with detail, I appreciated his time. Yesterday, Dr. Siegel spent 6 hours with me creating a new and improved temporary tooth. Yes, I said temporary, and yes I said 6 hours. He spent practically his entire day devoted to making this just right for me. I cannot imagine, nor can I wait to see what the permanent will look like. From the bottom of my heart I am grateful to have found Dr. Siegel. Not only was he able to give me a smile again, but he also managed to give me back my quality of life.

Due to my dental history, I was very hesitant of all dentists. Dr. Siegel has been my dentist for over a decade. He’s performed root canals, filled cavities, bonded teeth, whitened my teeth, and did my #9 implant impeccably. I have awful TMJ, chewed through hard nightguards bad, the practice is very cognizant of this and works without me having to keep my mouth open for extended periods of time. Jilna is wonderful while cleaning my teeth. The staff is extremely friendly and makes me feel as though I’m their only patient.

Dr Siegel is an extraordinarily capable dental practitoner whose skills and equipment are always cutting-edge. There are plenty of fancy dentists in Bethesda, but I am happy to travel the extra miles to be seen by Dr. Siegel. And, as has been pointed out by other patients, Jilna and the rest of the staff could not be more helpful, friendly, and accomplished.

Dr. Siegel was my dentist for over 20 years while I lived in Rockville. I stuck with Dr Siegel after shopping around because he never tried to sell me more services than I needed, always did great work and gave good advice. Its worth it to get several dental opinions, and the value I gained by shopping around was many years of honest, quality service from Dr Siegel and his staff.

He used a rubber dam for a regular filling. He jammed it between two teeth but it kept popping out of place. Then I felt a jarring boing and later that evening I noticed that I could no longer touch my eye teeth together. I went back to him and he examined me. He seemed very upset and nervous, but he took his time looking at my displaced tooth. He wrote furiously in his notes, and then turned to me and said That tooth has moved but I didnt do it. I have been in discomfort ever since and its been over a decade now. The worst part is I had no intention of suing him, I just wanted him to help me put the displaced tooth back in place, but he denied any responsibility. Now I have an overbite and crooked front teeth (they were straight before) and it is still uncomfortable to rest with my mouth closed because the teeth do not match up.

Im a selective person when it comes to my providers, which is why I am compelled to post a raving review for Dr. Siegel, so that others can have a great experience at the dentist too. My experience with Dr. Siegel is always excellent. Ive been going to him for about 4 or 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable and thoughtful and he takes his time with me at each appointment. Its obvious that he loves what he does and I like that hes a perfectionist with my teeth. His hygienist, Jillna is excellent too. Shes careful, thorough and gentle. I never experience pain and always feel that she did a good job.I know Im in caring and capable hands when I go to Dr. Siegel. I highly recommend his office.
