I give 3 stars because Dr. Brown was very nice, However, the office is old, the local X-ray machine was not working properly, the dentist hygienist was not well trained in my opinion. I got water all over my face and I had to tell her to use the suction machine several time. I thought they were going to use different method “natural” but it was the same as the regular dentist and my insurance was not covering so I paid out of pocket for my filling. Very expensive for what it was. I am not recommending this place unless you need to remove silver fillings, which they said that they are using some kind of special way. But I didn’t experience that, so I do not know if it is all worth the price and trouble. Sorry to say that I will not recommend this place. Words of advice to this office, get better trained dentist hygienist and replace the old equipment. Plus, accept more insurance. Dr. Brown is very nice and did a good job, but unfortunately I will not returning.

This is the best office Ive both worked at and been a patient at! Dr. Kim and Dr. Jen are incredibly talented and caring. The assistants are amazing also! It is truly an honest and ethical office, which is not true of all dental offices! I feel so safe in the hands of both hygienists, Maya and Kelsey, and I trust the doctors with my life! Cannot recommend NDA enough, and I fly across the country from Arizona to make sure I stay a patient at this office! Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!

This is a wonderful dental office. Very friendly and professional service. I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They were punctual and didnt make me wait in the lobby at all The office was very clean and modern as well. best dentist experience Ive ever had!

Came to the appointment with my mother to translate for her who was experiencing discomfort in her jaw(TMJ). Prior to this, I called and asked the front desk if they take Aetna insurance. They told me they did. The doctor came in, checked my mom’s jaw, and looked inside her mouth just to confirm that it is TMJ...okay… that’s why we’re here..is it not?. The doctor recommended therapy and x-ray, but I wanted to know how much it would be covered by insurance before proceeding. My mother also agreed and we patiently waited for 20 minutes. I clearly told 2 different nurses, including the doctor to find out how much these services would be covered, and they told me that they’ll try to find that out. While waiting, I was approached by three different people, trying to convince me to get those services done for my mother. I CLEARLY told them THREE TIMES that I am waiting to hear how much insurance would cover. They redirected us to the front desk and AGAIN I asked one of the lady who specializes in insurance(?) if x-ray and physical therapy are covered. She told me that they are not covered and that “consultation” would cost us $200 dollars. Do your staff not communicate with each other? Why did my mother and I just waste 20-25 minutes waiting to hear back from three different nurses and on top of that, pay $200 just to confirm that it is TMJ. The whole time it just felt like they were trying to take advantage of my mother’s lack of understanding of English and me. I do not recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely not be coming back.

The care given to patients is extraordinary. I felt very safe and comfortable with the close contact and the level of expertise during my cleaning. This matches the care I receive whenever if have dental work done here. I really appreciate the use of natural products and the attention given to maintaining a clean environment.

Dr. Tippograph was awesome, spending time with me and explaining everything I needed to know about what was going out with my teeth and answering all my questions. They are cutting edge healthcare professionals whom I would highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Dr. Brown. Needed a filling and a cleaning. All went perfectly despite the dentist being double-masked and wearing a face-shield. Never had a moment of discomfort, even though I spent 2 hours in the dentists chair. Very happy with the care I received.

I saw Dr Baer to get a mouthguard to prevent snoring. They were very cautious and protective due to COVID (I can imagine it would be tough dealing with peoples mouths every day during a pandemic). She x-rayed and took molds of my teeth. Had it in a week or so. Works great! More importantly, my wife loves it!

The service is decent; however, the office should make patients aware when their insurance will not cover any of their visit. Since I have been a few times over the years for cleanings and x-rays, I have never received a bill for a cleaning and x-ray for over $700!! at this office nor any other dentist office. Since there was no change in my insurance since the last visit, Im not sure why this happened. If they had made me aware of this beforehand, I would have been better prepared.

I had four amalgams removed over the course of two visits. Dr. Graham and both dental assistants were so kind and patient with me, I had a great experience despite my dental anxiety. Lovely atmosphere. Responses from the front desk were very prompt and helpful whenever I emailed with questions/concerns. Also, the cost for the work was much more reasonable than what another natural/holistic dentist in the area had quoted me.

Just talked to the front desk lady and she rudely hung up on me!! I was just asking some general questions regarding their business and dental services!!! They Just lost my family business right off the bat...! but I dont think they even care otherwise they would have hired someone more polite!!! sorry for their business!

Dr. Baer and her staff are amazing. They do everything they can to make you feel at ease and your experience as enjoyable as possible. Dr. Baer’s treatment plans are about you and your health not how much she can make. Over the last 2 years, I have been on a holistic journey with my dental health. I have had my root canals replaced with implants, my amalgam mercury fillings removed and replaced with composite fillings and most recently a frenectomy (tongue tie release) to relieve neck tension and headaches. Dr. Baer was able to help me prioritize and advise me on my goals. I believe these procedures have made a physical improvement to my overall health and that she helped make this possible. In addition to being a wonderful caring dentist, I consider her a true friend and recommend Natural Dentist Associates.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Top notch staff, very professional and they have a very well kept clean office. I felt very comfortable especially since i HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Baer made me feel right at home.

My original dentist refused to fill a cavity on a wisdom tooth on principle that wisdom teeth are too much trouble and insisted I should have all 4 pulled. As a 50+ yr old with few cavities, I was not interested in oral surgery to remove 4 perfectly good teeth. Thankfully, the dentist at Natural Dentist Associates was willing to give my wisdom teeth the care they deserved. Very gentle & respectful. She saved my teeth! Also no pressure to have x-Ray, etc. Very good experience.I did have to pay upfront as they are not in an insurance network. But they will file the insurance claim. My insurance should reimburse me some of that cost.

Amazing experience with a dentist ( Dr. T)that cares about you health instead of just compromising it for money, ignorance m or self-gain like some regular dentists Ive been to in the past. I love the up front no pressure service and explanations. Great staff and super clean office. Its also a convenient location. I highly recommend it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baer since about 2005 and in the 15 years Ive been going, its always been clear that this practice is looking to do whats best for the patient. After an experience with a prior dentist that seemed to rush you in and out and make decisions that may have not put the patient first, its clear how important it is to chose a better place for dental work with doctors you can trust like Natural Dental Associates. The staff is friendly and facility is clean and comfortable. Its an added bonus that they are holistic and use all types of natural products here so you never have to worry about what is being used on your teeth or put into your body. Ive had everything from Invisalign, a nightguard and fillings performed by NDA with no complaints. Ive referred a bunch of friends and family and theyve all been happy there. If youre in the market for a dental practice in the DMV, dont think twice.

I had my wisdom teeth removed & a few fillings done. Had a great experience overall. Dr. Adams gave great care, and maintained a well thought out holistic (as possible) approach & provided good follow up recommendations. I definitely trust these good folks with my dental care. Natural Dentist Associates is a very warm welcoming pleasant place to be. The calm atmosphere helps patients to be calm as dental work can be intense. Of course having very competent dentists and technicians on staff who believe in using natural healthy ways as much a possible to keep your teeth healthy is the main reason why I continue to go there. The warmth and calmness is a bonus!

I had a problem with a tooth over the weekend to the point it was a little difficult to tell which tooth was the problem. Nothing seemed to help. I called the emergency number and was contacted very quickly and they were able to work me in the following Monday, however, it would not be with my usual doctor. I was apprehensive but in pain and couldnt wait. I shouldnt have been concerned. Ive been a patient of Dr. Baers for several years and am very pleased with the care I receive there. I was just a little concerned about seeing a new doctor, but once I got there it was actually a pleasant experience believe it or not. I will continue to be a patient here as long as they are around. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have a pretty problematic set of teeth (lots of old root canals, now infected and needing removal) and I completely trust Dr. Tipograph with every issue. She is an excellent dentist and has a great bedside manner. I always feel at ease and well taken care of this office between her and all of the staff who have helped at each visit. I actually do have dental insurance that isnt in-network with this office but I would rather pay extra to stay in her care than go elsewhere!

Excellent first visit. Very satisfied that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. Good rapport with doctor, hygienist and office staff. Next step is to have the amalgams removed in 2 visits. The process has been well refined to protect the patient and doctor equally. I’ll report again after the next visit.Excellent second visit. Had 2 amalgams removed with no discomfort at all. Used approved stringent procedures to remove mercury and protect both patient and doctor. Next had a frenulectomy performed with minimal discomfort. Took 3 ibuprofen before dinner. No further pills or pain. Still scores a 5*. One more appointment!

As someone who put off keeping up with a Dentist too long and was fearful about dealing with problems Id strongly recommend Natural Dental and Dr. Baer. I recall being almost panic stricken during a consultation before my surgery and Dr. Baer realized how uncomfortable I was and took off her Doctors coat, sat down and calmly talked me off the ledge. The team has gotten me through all my catch-up including an extraction and implant. I dont fear going to see my dental hygienist now. I went this week and was pleased to see how careful they are being about COVID. If you need to get things done dont let that be the reason you put it off. Im all smiles!

Great staff and great doctors! I went for a wisdom teeth extraction and everything went really smooth. I didnt even notice the first tooth and the second was even easier. Dr. Adams made sure that I was completely comfortable before he extracted anything. Highly recommend!

Then, Dr. Tipograph came in to further examine my teeth/mouth and answered ALL of my questions. She too gave me so many new dental and overall health tips that I have already started implementing in my daily routine. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions regarding treatment. Dr. Tipograph and her staff were friendly and welcoming as a first time patient. They seemed a bit in a hurry at times and I had to ask questions to get further explanations of mercury removal process. They charge more then the insurance company will cover so we had to pay the difference. Overall, they do a nice job and it is a holistic practice which I was looking for in a dentist. They recommend great products for the detoxification process after mercury removal process. All products are holistic that they use and recommend.

Dr. Adams is a highly competent dentist and explains fully all procedures. I had an implant for the first time in my life and his focus of care was fully on me . . . and his concern for my comfort during the extraction was greatly appreciated. Wish I had known about Dr. Baer and NDA 15 years ago, because there philosophy is that you need to save living teeth and not let them get to the point where they have to be killed with root canals. Very wise responses to all my questions. Highly recommended

A relative of mine had a procedure to put caps on several teeth. Unfortunately the staff was not clear on the amount for the procedure, initially they said a price of $15000 and that price was then revised to $20000 right before the procedure, having already planned the procedure for quite some time the client agreed and the procedure was performed (only $1k was covered by insurance). A short time after the procedure, the client noticed that one cap felt awkward as if it was going to fall out. She then made a follow up appointment to address the issue and see if the doctor could reassure her or make a slight correction so she could feel more comfortable. When she arrived she was alerted that she still owed an additional $1500 which came as a surprise, she kindly explained that she is already here to have one tooth checked and that shed be happy to pay off her remaining account balance at the end of the visit after the doctor could hopefully ensure everything was fine and that the services performed were satisfactory (after all I imagine the expectation of all patients is that satisfactory services will be performed without discomfort afterwards). She then proceeded to the examination room expecting to be greeted by the female doctor who performed the procedure. To her surprise, the head male doctor came in and without any provocation immediately began accusing the patient that she only came back to the office to complain about the services so she could avoid paying off the remaining balance! Shocked and deeply offended, the patient explained that she would never avoid paying a debt especially when it was such a small balance remaining in relation to the total cost of the procedure (which was already paid). Clearly still angry from his flawed understanding of the situation, the doctor without taking into consideration her words told her dont pay the balance just never come back to this office ever again! This happened to my mother and just hearing this from her was deeply troubling and upsetting, Im not one to write many reviews but this is one situation that cannot go untold. I have also used this dentistry and I was satisfied with the work performed however even the best dentist in the world should not have the right to speak to a patient that way and make unfounded and baseless accusations. Patients current and future please be informed!

Professional, fluoride free care for my son’s first dental cleaning appointment. The staff were friendly and kind and took the extra care and patience needed to make the visit fun! They even have a treasure chest of toys to pick from after the cleaning!

They made my experience super easy. I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feels so relaxed. I will definitely be going back to them so they can finish making me teeth look great! The service the doctors and everythign and everyone was awesome

Everything about this office is comfortable and soothing, and I had been searching awhile for a dentist I could see who understood my fears (of pain). After having extensive work done last year Dr. Baer sent a follow up text message the next day to find out how I was doing. Ive never had any doctor do this! It was surprising and wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and involved and really do care about their patients, making sure you understand everything about your treatment plan, any payments being made, etc. Highly recommended!

We love Dr. Bair!!! We drive down from Baltimore (1 - 1.5 hours in traffic) because we believe we receive the best possible care here. They stay up to date on the safest, most natural methods possible. We have learned so much since switching to them. Other dentists have not taken the time to explain all options to us like this practice has. My husband just has terrible teeth and bones. We are so thankful for Dr. Bair - shes really worked wonders for him - shes used natural techniques and bone grafting to strengthen his jaw and improve his health overall! We are very grateful and highly recommend this practice!!

New to the area and so glad I found these guys! I have a lot of dental anxiety, so going to a new dentist is super stressful for me. I found the staff overall to be friendly and accommodating. Kelsey my hygienist was really gentle and sweet. The office is a little tricky to find- its in a condo building, but the staff did send me an email with directions ahead of time which was helpful.

To date, I have seen Dr Kristen Graham twice and have received exceptionally professional service on both visits. Dr Graham very clearly explains diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures. My health and comfort are clearly priorities for her and her staff.

I had a wonderful lunch hour. Was in and out. They were so very polite and enthusiastic. The lady who cleaned my teeth- Michelle- was fairly new but made sure my cleaning was thorough so my teeth look great.I felt very comfortable in the chair and although I did wait a minute for the doctor to come see me in the end, he was friendly and appeared to know his stuff.I am a stickler for good service and I give this five stars easily. The office is clean and the ambiance was also relaxing. I even got a goodie bag.....yeah!

Dr. Graham and Sandra are just the sweetest most caring people. I went here to get a 2nd opinion about amalgam removal and crowns. Everyone explained everything much more clearly than the other dentist, and they offered to break up the work into different sessions if that would work better for me. They even offered to squeeze in my first (of 3) crown on the day of my consultation so I could use the rest of my insurance for the year (I didn’t get to take advantage of it because the damage from the amalgam was too much, but I really appreciate that they try to save your tooth before offering a crown, and they do the safe removal, all for the price of a filling). We did have an unexpected snafu when applying the permanent crown at the next visit. The ladies felt so bad, I could hardly be upset. They put the temp crown back on and reordered the ceramic crown. Went back today to have it put on. They took extra measures to make sure it was on properly and that I was comfortable at all times. They didn’t bill me for anything extra.The only thing I should’ve got clarity on was why my crown went directly through the insurance but my husbands cleaning had to be paid upfront and wait for reimbursement from our insurance. The biggest con is that I can’t hear them on the phone lol, sounds far away and like a tin can. But honestly, I truly recommend this practice. They are So good at explaining things and giving you options and a priority list, and making sure you’re doing fine the entire time...and always offer you a blanket!

My 6 year old just had the most nurturing and amazing appointment With Dr. Tipograph! She and her assistant helped him feel comfortable and listened to and got him in to a total Zen state for his 4 fillings that he needed. This was a miracle after we had a very bad and traumatic experience with our previous dentist (who was a pediatric dentist!). My son left the appointment with a huge smile on his face, big hugs from everyone and excited to come back for his next appointment! The entire staff is fantastic! We drove an hour each way to come to this practice and it is worth every minute! Highly recommend - and as a bonus it was less expensive than the previous (not so great) practice too!

My 7-year-old is a challenging patient to say the least -lots of doctor anxiety, and lots of visits for ALF device- but Dr. Baer handles him like a champ. I really appreciate her insights and her patience, and I feel like we’re making real progress in correcting his bite and spacing. He still acts up ever time we set foot in the office, but I think he’s beginning to trust Dr. Baer, and knowing he can visit the “Treasure Chest” at the end doesn’t hurt either 😉

I love my dentist, Dr. Kimberly Baer; She didnt just take care of my problem today, but had me consult with her PT and have a treatment right there in the office since I had been rear-ended in my car three weeks ago and my neck was affected. That is going above and beyond the call of duty.

I love this practice. I usually see Dr. Baer but have also seen Dr. Tipograph. Both are skilled, thorough and compassionate. Maya, Ketshia (sp?) are great hygienists. I highly recommend them.

Courteous, professional, friendly, and very good. No complaints. Highly recommend. And appreciate that they are not so quick to jump to using harmful chemicals when not necessary.

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received by the front desk staff. As I arrived in the parking garage I had no clue how to get to the office, I immediately call the office someone came out to meet me in the garage and accompany me to the office. I was so touched by that. Im sorry I didnt get his name. He works at the Front desk. He has excellent Customer service. Hes friendly and very caring.In the back office, I dont think she introduce herself, so I dont know her name, but she presented excellent Customer service too. Finally I met Dr. Adams. He was very charming, sympathetic with my TMJ issues. He spoke with me in great detail explaining everything to me as best as he can. Sadly to say I have no dental insurance. So he was not able to help me because I cannot afford the cost of the treatment he recommends. I left his office with a very heavy heart.Sadly Im in excruciating deep pain but I have to continue to suffer.All in all Dr. Adams and his staff are excellent staff. I would highly recommend any one with Dental insurance to go to his Dental practise. Excellent care. Very impressive. Deep compassion.. The staff is well trained in Customer Service.

It took me years to gather the courage to go to the dentist. Thank goodness I found Natural Dentist Associates & Kimberly A. Baer, DDS! The office was professional and soothingly calm. Dr. Baer spent plenty of time with me discussing a treatment plan. ID give this office, the staff & Kimberly A. Baer, DDS 10 stars if it were allowed. :-)

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Gary Adams work. Super service, great environment, nice folk.Ok, now Ive had TWO visits, and after a tiny rub regarding insurance, it was all worked out VERY well. In fact, I was surprised how well it worked out. Thats unusual, in my experience.So, it appears their care and interest in fostering a trusting, caring relationship does not end in the treatment room. The front office staff get it too. This is good, very good.Kudos and my compliments.

Went to this office looking for help w my hubbys sleep apnea. Machines, masks or even a deviated septum did not work. As soon as he got his custom mouth appliance, he began to sleep better. I no longer have to worry bc if him not breathing properly or walking up choking. He is finally getting restorative sleep, he had missed for years. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly. I had contacted the office with many questions about mercury filling removal and always received answers in a timely manner. It really feels like they care about my and my daughters dental health.

Not a good experience. I wanted stainless steel alternative for 9 year old son. They wanted to give him a new 3d scan (CT) which would have fried his brains. Also, offered a sealant he did not need for $1000. Front desk was very cold and bossy. As soon as youre done with the dentist, they corner you and sell you a credit card so you can pay their way too high prices. Bossy desk lady insisted I sign something ludicrous with the $9000 estimate. I refused. Not so natural, holistic rip off artists bossy and demeaning like most other doctors.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience. Kayla is amazing and very accommodating. Dr. Adam is thorough and practical I felt comfortable and welcomed.

Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and professional. Love this place.

Very good Dentist, zero pain after tooth extraction of failed root canal. Excellent deep cleaning of my teeth as well. Well worth the 65 mile drive. They were the only dentist I could find that would clean out the socket properly after extraction i.e.. grind the bone, several so called top dentist near me said they just would pull the tooth and thats it. They took the extra time to do it right and for that I am grateful.Best regards, Jim

They answered my questions, addressed my fears, and Dr. Adams is SUPER informative! He is the type of doc who tells you what the process will be like including how long it will take, and he is as detailed as you need him to be about what to expect. He explained each step as he went along during the procedure and the dental hygenists were VERY comforting, informative, attentive and upbeat! Dr. Adams is skilled, patient, kind, and he errs on the side of caution. He is a peaceful and confident person and that transcends around his office and to his patients. Dr. Baer is fantastic with me and my kids. The hygienists do a great job with cleaning, and the process is pain-free. Dr. Baers approach to dental care is pragmatic and careful. We are lucky to have found her!

My whole experience with this office has been above and beyond what I had expected. I had a particularly bad problem with my tooth that needed to be extracted but Dr. T worked through it, I felt no discomfort and when I started to she would stop immediately to remedy the situation. They were very pleasant and accommodating to work with, very personable and even blew my expectation away when Dr. T called me personally to check up on me that evening. They have definitely raised the bar for service and excellence. I look forward to any other visits I may have with them.Duffey

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and wonderful care I received at the Natural Dentist Associates yesterday. I was able to have a tooth taken care of that very day, and mind you this tooth has been a literal pain to me for 2 years. I was in and out with a (what I would call a complicated tooth pull) in 2 hours. I felt almost no pain and I feel very much better today. I am a new woman thanks to the kind and courteous care I received at Natural Dentist associates. Thank you Dr. Adams and the ladies who enabled this to happen for me. I give this experience 5 stars for a dentist, and need to let you know that I have not always had positive outcomes for my dental visits.
