Hi neighbors of Potomac/Bethesda, North Bethesda/ Rockville. I just want to warn everybody about The Joint of Rockville. I had a bad experience with them, at the end I think its just a Scam schema. They tempt with the offer of some treatments for just $25 and than they strongly suggest jumping to sign a contract for $80 month for an every week treatment. Each session don’t last more than 2-3 minutes and in the end they don’t offer what you pay. The costumer service didn’t explained anything what you signed. After several calls with with them, the only argument they had YOU Signed you have to pay. The contract has a period for 1 (one) year and they touch your account. Be alert to see each line of the contract.My suggestion is to be ALERT of the Joint of Rockville.

The doctor was able to identify the alignment issue within minutes and alleviate the pain and tightness. She put together a treatment plan; including at home exercises that immediately improved my concern.Only thing I wish….is that I went to her sooner!

Excellent care from Dr. Lee and other chiropractors. Unfortunately, there is not a clear understanding from customer service team of policies regarding billing, wellness plans, freezes and the like. When I decided to cancel my account, I was instead advised to freeze at no charge to me and was told that as long as I canceled before my plan renewed after the freeze period, there would be no additional charges. I visited the Joint 10 calendar days before my plan was set to resume and was told that though I would have to be billed, I would be given a refund that would take 5 business days. 2 weeks later when I call to follow up, the same customer representative says the refund is not possible. It is understandable if the team is not fully in charge of the Joint policies, but that makes it even more important that all customer service reps are clear on said policies. It is unfortunate that a company that poses itself as an affordable option sets policies that undermine patient trust for little financial gain — especially during a global health emergency where so many are seeking alternative forms of care. I will pay more for similar care and greater integrity around policies.

I came home to visit family and tweaked my back and neck prior to coming home. As days went on, the pain got worse to where I could not walk or take deep breaths without wincing. Made an appointment with The Joint Chiropractor and immediately felt relief after leaving their office! I’ve never been to a chiropractor and was extremely nervous once I sat on the bench. Dr Phares was great and made me feel at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend them, at least the Rockville MD location! Hope all other locations are as fantastic as this one.

I couldnt believe how much pain I was in until I had my 1st adjustment. After my 1st visit, my leg pain and burning immediately disappeared. My posture has also improved after several adjustments. You and your staff are always so professional and thorough when explaining either a procedure or the problem being tackled. My quality of life has greatly improved. I can finally rest again when sleeping without having to take any pain medication. Congratulations for doing an excellent job.

Affordable prices and great service. I went in for a pain in my lower back and tensed back. I left feeling a little better. Will be returning tomorrow.

This place scammed my college-aged son into paying a monthly contract that is taken out of his debit card. He did this without consulting me - the parent who pays the bills. The place claimed that insurance covers it, but they didnt explain to him that he would have to first get a referral from his primary care doctor for it to be covered. They just made him sign the contract and charged $108 from his debit card account.UPDATE: They claim they explained this, but didnt make it clear to my son, who like I said, doesnt pay the medical bills and is not aware of what you have to do to get such care covered. They should make sure they speak with the person who handles medical insurance before having someone sign a contract. And no one contacted me about this. I had to go by the office to speak to someone about it.

Made me sign a monthly contract and took money from my account. What medical facility does that? They said my insurance would pay but it didnt, and I was stuck.

Dr LY is the best. My 1st chiropractic experience and she made me confident in her knowledge and procedures to get me pain relief from sciatica and overly stiff hamstring pain. She saved me from another epidural steroid injection and fast recovery!If it wasnt for social distancing i would have given her a great big bear hug for appreciation! The suffering was real for over 5 months to relief in just over 3 weeks❤💪🏽 i hope i spelled her name correctly

I have visited twice and love the convenience of walk in! Front desk is always helpful, and both Doctors took the time to explain the procedures and the proposed wellness plan. Good location, and plenty of parking.

I visited this place a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. The office is clean and the staff is professional and courteous. When I arrived, I had pain in my hamstring. But after my adjustment, I felt as limber as a gymnast and my pain was gone. I highly recommend this location. Dr. Lee is the best!

Dr. Lee is excellent! My care plan was clear from the beginning. She also explained what she was doing and why during my adjustments which put me at ease. My knee pain was resolved within one month and she truly cares for her patients.

I had some sharp pains after some difficult manual labor and driving a vehicle I do not normally drove. Within one minute Dr. Lee identified the main problem and I left with almost no pain after two days of hurting. Everyone was very professional and I would gladly go back.

The doctors are fantastic. They were able to readjust my back. I haven’t been this flexible in years. I no longer wake up with back pain. However my issues lie with payments. I originally only wanted to sign up for a month and cancel. I was told that was possible. However I was charged a second month. When I asked why they told me that they have a 2 month minimum policy. I was intentionally upset but I thought they really helped my back out, I’ll pay the extra month. I asked to cancel my plan. The person on the phone said they did that but it would be good to go to location and cancel as well. So I did that. At least I thought until I was charged for a 3 month. I went to the store again to cancel my plan that I had attempted to cancel 3 times now. I filled about the paperwork that no one had mentioned to me prior to this. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership anywhere. I was told they we’re getting to give me a refund for the third month however after a week I have received nothing

Ive been under the care of Dr. Lee for a while now and shes a lifesaver! Her adjustments have improved my posture, helped reduce my headaches, and always leave me feeling loosey-goosey good. Their care plans are very affordable and flexible. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and in a fabulous location. The staff is professional and courteous.

Dr. Lee straightened me out, I feel better after the first visit. Gave me the answers I was looking for.
