Beware of this practice. They charge for procedures they haven’t done. Paid them anyway to avoid having to interact with them. Then they start sending my paid bill, claiming it was unpaid to collection agencies. Went thru 4 different agencies. Provided my canceled check and they would go away. Only for a new one to pop up a year later. The 5th attempt was from an attorney. Provided him proof of payment, he acknowledged in writing I do not owe them any funds. 2 years later, today 8/27/2020 get a nasty call from a collection agency. This is 6 attempts to collect funds from me I do not owe them. They even ramped it up this time telling me they were reporting it to credit bureau if I didn’t pay them. Have a feeling this is common practice for them. They are a problem that doesn’t go away.

This man is a crook. Money is all that matters. After 2 years of treatment still lots of pain
