Very pleased with my experience at Schreiber Allergy! Little wait time between calling to make an appointment and visiting the clinic. Friendly receptionist. Thorough, comprehensive intake form. In clinic, little wait time in the lobby. Unlike typical doctors offices, the technicians and doctors are with you right away! There can be a lot of procedures and tests that need to be done, but Schreiber runs like a well-oiled machine. Huge panel of skin tests are administered in less than a minute. (I only did the environmental allergens, consisting of trees, grasses, weeds, and animals. They also offer food allergen testing too.) They set a timer for 15 minutes while the skin responds to the allergens and return to your room immediately when the timer goes off to read the results. Doctors are informative, give you more information if you request it, but otherwise stick to what you need to know. Highly recommend!

Dr Schreiber and her entire staff are amazing and make you feel part of her family. Ive been getting allergy shots for years and Im so excited to go in every time to see the staff and possibly meet a new member of her staff. If you need an allergist this is the office for you, guaranteed!!

Dr. Schreiber and her whole team are amazing. They have been super caring and attentive with our son, and we really love bringing him to their bright and cheerful office. Been going here for close to a year now. They diagnosed asthma, which I always suspected I had, even when other doctors said I didnt have it. Dr. Schreiber wanted to see my breathing AFTER taking albuterol even though the normal test showed an acceptable level. Kudos to Dr. Schreiber. Everyone who works here is nice and pleasant.

We’ve been struggling for weeks with our 6 month old daughter trying to figure out what is bothering her and causing severe eczema and difficulty sleeping. Our regular doctors just gave us a steroid cream and rushed us out the door without trying to even get to the root of her issues. I did a google search and was fortunate enough to come across Dr Schreiber’s office. Even though we had to wait a little long to be seen (like most doctors offices), unlike most offices, the staff checked in on us and apologized which said a lot. Once we were seen by Jen Schaeffer, we realized why the long wait... it’s for a good reason! Jen sat down, listened to our concerns and really truly tried to help get us to the bottom of our daughter’s issue. After some testing, Dr Schreiber came in took a look at her back and answered our questions. She was very kind and knowledgeable. We ended up spending an hour the office but we were so very grateful that everyone really tried to help us and spent the time with us. I’m a patient of Dr. Schreiber. Dr. Schreiber is nice but her front desk person is rude. I called yesterday because I wanted to know when my appointment is and this lady at the front desk said I had missed my appointment. I asked the lady if their office give appointment reminders to their patients like texts, emails or phone calls because I never got one(most office do). The lady told me with a rude tone of voice well it’s your appointment I don’t know what to tell you but it’s your appointment . I continued to talk to this lady but she was not pleasant. I told her miss I am just asking you a question you sound so annoyed. Then this lady put me on hold. I don’t understand why some people work as customer service rep or front desk person when they’re not pleasant and they hate their jobs.
