I absolutely received the highest quality service at the allergy and asthma center, and I’m definitely planning on returning and recommending them. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) was extremely polite, bubbly, and truly cared about my well-being. Any questions I had were answered so that I could understand my extensive allergies thoroughly. Ive been on a healthy lifestyle kick as I approach 50 later this year and really needed to work with a great nutritionist who could help me formulate a plan to get me to my weight and health goals. Prema Ganganna is EXCELLENT!!!!! She is thorough, has a great disposition, caring, professional and FULLY credentialed which is exactly what I needed. She has also been very flexible with my work schedule. What I loved most about our sessions is that she doesnt just give you a plan, she schedules f/u appointments to ensure the meal plans are working. She gives you so much information, meal plans and recipes. She is a God-send!!

The Allergy & Asthma Center in Shady Grove has been nothing but caring, compassionate, and on top of it! They check in when i miss an injection or follow up after an injection. The office is clean, the staff there is AWSOME, and their hours are perfect! When I have questions they are all answered or I am pointed in the direction. They have become my second home!

Dr Ganganna is an expert Dietitian. She assessed my dietary habits and medical history. She coached me to understand the science facts that explain the digestion processes resulting from my dietary choices. She provided a thorough plan for reaching my attainable goals to improve my lifestyle. Her information is key towards my recovery. I am grateful that she shared her expertise with me. I love this office! I’ve been coming here for all my allergy shots and the staff are literally the nicest. Wanda at the front desk always greets everyone with a smile even through the masks! Everyone knew me by name and I felt so welcome every time I was in the office. The shots were always completed quickly and I never had to wait long. This office is great! The staff is always lovely and super helpful whenever I visit. The doctors are very attentive to your needs as well. In light of the pandemic, they have mask-wearing policies in place which I really appreciate.

Center is open early on Friday. Front desk Staff was very nice and accommodating. I saw Dr. Nataraj and he was very nice and personable and also very knowledgable. Highly recommend this place in terms of service. Unfortunately, I took off a star because they were not able to do any antibiotics testing on me because I am currently pregnant. I don’t know how that was missed because I wrote it when I was trying to make an appointment online and I also mentioned it when a representative called me to schedule an appointment with them. I have to come back after delivery to get tested for certain antibiotics. Other than that, the center itself and the staff (front desk, nurse, and doctor) were really great.

I had a great experience! I saw Ms Tracy Yager and she was wonderful. I was able to have a consult and an allergy test on the same day. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

Wait times are never too long and the staff are always kind and attentive. I never have an unpleasant time when I come to the office and coming here doesnt feel like a chore. Whenever I get my allergy shots Hulda is so gentle that theyre virtually painless.

Allergy and Asthma Center-Rockville, the whole staff is super friendly, professional and kind. I feel secure going in based off of the precautions they have set in spite of the pandemic. I really appreciate how alert the team is finding a solution to my allergy, they are willing to accommodate me in if my symptoms return.

I have have been going to the Allergy & Asthma Center for a few years and have always received good service. The receptionists are always friendly and so is the care staff. For my daughters appointment today, I was informed we would be seeing a new doctor. The appointment started off great with a very friendly and welcoming male nurse. However, the doctor I saw today was condescending and rude. I have no idea what the issue was but as soon as I asked clarifying questions she reminded me that she is an allergist and that this is the Allergy & Asthma Center, as if for some reason, I would have confused it for another practice. I was with my 4 year old daughter and the doctor did not acknowledge her on her way out of the room nor told us we needed to come back in 6 months. I definitely will not be back!

Dr Prema was fantastic and provided me diet plan for my health conditions. Office staff was compassionate and highly recommend.

I often find doctors very dismissive and hurried but that was not at all the case with Dr. Keiser. He took time to ask a lot of questions and most importantly he listened. Nurse Frank was lovely with my shy little one and the women at reception were warm and personable.

I come to get allergy shots weekly. Wanda greets me by name and the staff is always ready to help. I thank Sarah, Josh and Kelly for the professionalism and kindness with which they treat our 2 kids and myself every week. The doctors are great too.

I visited Dr. Ganganna ahead of my surgery for dietary advice and I am so glad I did. She has served as an exceptional resource for my dietary/medical planning and provided a wealth of advice about dietary and nutritional needs tailored to my situation. She wrote everything down in an easy to understand format and has provided knowledge I can use to better my health both in the immediate circumstances and in the future. She did not rush my appointment and listened and responded to everything I brought up. She took the time to explain everything in both a scientific and easy-to-interpret manner. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!I was also referred for allergy testing under Dr. Jain. Like Dr. Ganganna, Dr. Jain was extremely professional, exhibited a great bedside manner, and really listened to my concerns. She explained everything in detail and provided great guidance on how to proceed. The person who assisted with the testing itself was skilled and thoughtful in her care and made it as easy as could be.Finally, the front desk and office staff has been very accommodating in assisting with appointment scheduling and answering any administrative questions I had.To sum it up: I am really impressed with the Allergy & Asthma center and will return for any allergy/dietary needs I may have!

I highly recommend this office. My brother had a severe reaction to almonds. Which we didn’t know he had allergic to until we went there and had him tested. The staff is welcoming and always willing to help. They’re very professional but nice.

Very nice and accommodating staff, as long as you dont come late. They will work with you to find compromises if you have any problems with your treatments. Remember to voice your concerns if you have questions or disagree with anything. Professional and efficient, very clean.

The doctor is very nice and attentive. I get allergy shots there regularly and it can be a hit or miss depending on who gives the shot. Some of the nurses do it quickly which I prefer but others do it slowly which can be painful. My university health center has also said they have trouble with getting records and other information through them and I personally need to get involved before problems are resolved.

The office staff is very professional, very nice, Dr Jain is right on point with what was going on with my daughter. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this office.

Dr.Gangana is one of the best doctors i have ever met. She is amazing.. she puts in a lot of effort in doing research and provides the best posible advice on diet and overall health. She explains every basic details we would think of. I just love her.She is the best dietician hands down!! Staff is also pretty good. 😊 Glad to have gone there.

We just had a terrible experience there. The doctor that treated my son clearly never looked at his records. She was rude and disrespectful: her sole goal was to get us out of the office. She never examined my son and seemed like she really could have cared less about him. Just awful.

I went to the Asthma and Allergy Center because I was not happy with another allergist in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail Dr. Elenburg gave me. The staff was courteous and very professional. I did not have to wait to be brought back unlike many of my other doctor visits. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I schedule an appointment for my daughter who was constantly coughing for about a year. We had taken her to her pediatrician and still no solution to the problem. I called the asthma and allergy center for help. From the beginning everything was great! The receptionist very patient with my complicated schedule when I was trying to book my appointment. When I got to the office everyone was very friendly and even interacted with my children, unlike other offices that give you a stare of death of a child make noise. The nurses were super helpful as well. Dr.Elenburg prescribed my daughter a nose spray and in days her constant cough became something in the past! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

The one star rating is generous. The administrative and clinical staff were pleasant. We did not take issue with that. The female MD however, Eileen Maritza Marin, treated my husband for over a month and a half for asthma, (which we told her he tested negative for as per his physician, at our initial exam with her).She maximized, and drained our insurance with more services and codes than any other Doctor or Institution I have ever known. Unless you have discretionary dollars to waste, keep close tabs on her. We only wanted a prescription for singulair.

I have been a patient here for over 7 years and the level of service recently has far exceeded my expectation! Courtney, Frank, Cassie and Samantha have always gone out of their way to help me with my insurance, prescriptions, and always helped me receive my shots very quickly. Dr Ellenburg obviously cares a lot about her patients and it shows as she has surrounded herself with like-minded staff.

I have been coming to the office for a few years and not always keeping up with my allergy shots as I should but theyre always willing to work with my schedule, kind about reminding me for appointments and always smiling! Dr. Elenburg really listens to her patients and Ive been to other allergists to know. Overall love this office!

Terrible ripoff. Their billing system is as terrible as their nurses and doctors. I have nothing positive to say about these people. Please stay away and save yourself a lot of money and headaches.

I have suffered with allergies for the past 6 years and decided to finally find out what is causing it. I called this office and was able to get in the same day and even had my testing done the same day. I was called back within minutes after arriving unlike most doctors offices . The nurses are so efficient and very knowledgable . Dr. Elenburg was excellent and very thorough! I would definitely recommend this allergist.

The reception girl in shadygrove had a very bad attitude and was very unprofessional. I just called to ask for my report and there might be an unclear explanation, then she turned to be very impatient and rude. The doctor is nice but the staff is unprofessional at all. Their manager called me to improve their service. Hopefully the customer service will be improved.

After years of quarterly sinus infections that you could literally set a calendar to, I found the stellar team at Asthma & Allergy Center in Rockville. Ive been getting allergy shots for more than two years, and everyone Ive worked with is friendly, knowledgeable and proficient (Courtney, Cassie and Sam specifically come to mind, as Ive dealt with them the most).

I enjoyed both the experiences! However, the receptionists at the front didnt greet me as I was standing at the counter waiting for them to finish their conversation. I had to greet them first and with happiness, I did... and still no smiles from either one (more like frowns). I guess I deserved frowns since I did interrupt their convo. At this point I felt unwelcomed. It really bothered me to see them interact with a white man completely different with smiles from ear to ear and courteous in their voice when they spoke. Scheduling for my next appointment following the examination I felt tension; not sure if she (I rather not say her name, but she knows this review is for her) was notified of the complaint Id made while in back or this one receptionist just has a serious problem. I really hate that I have to make this review, especially with all the negative events happening in our country. This isnt my first time witnessing this at a Doctors office and Im pretty sure it wont be the last. My husband and I pay good money for Healthcare just to feel uncomfortable and Im not sure if well return. I say this to stress how vital it is to have great and outgoing customer service skills. That experience really bothered me throughout my whole visit, even though Dr. Ellenburg and her assistant were wonderful. Hopefully they wont take this as a joke.
