Really wonderful staff!!! They are caring, responsive, professional cheerful and super accommodating! From the first phone call you will be greeted warmly and informed about the treatment and the availability of the providers. They try to get you seen right away. They have everything that a chiropractor’s office should have and even more, including acupuncture and physical therapy. Front desk staff are very good at booking you at the time that works best for you as well and the facility is quite large and offers a lot of different modalities. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comprehensive care that includes alternative therapies like Accupuncture. I write this review as someone that has been in Chiropractic care for the last 15 years and has had some of the worst experiences. I am the type of person that is willing to go far for the right treatment. You are in for a treat!

So happy I found PARC. The physical therapy is based on the individual, not a cookie cutter exercise regimen for all. I had nearly given up ever having more range of motion after a total knee replacement surgery six months post op. I’d had three previous rounds of PT and wasn’t progressing. Now I am closer to my goal after two sessions. They have state of the art equipment and knowledge. The atmosphere is positive and caring. I look forward to reaching my goal at last ! After today’s session, I had NO pain for first time in 6 months.

I absolutely love the staff here. They always greet you with a smile and all the staff knows your name. A+ for customer service. The space is very clean and smells great. The treatment is AMAZING. I’m thankful for Dr. Lori who helped restore my body after being in an accident. She is phenomenal. I am very thankful I was referred here because they are the BEST. I highly recommend that you call them for your treatment because you won’t be disappointed.

I had high hopes but I believe they don’t have the skills and experience that would help me. On the first visit I spoke to the PA. I came with all my records. He seemed hurried but knowledgeable. He recommended a knee brace although my main issue is my back. The knee brace fell off before I reached home.( I returned it and they replaced it with a smaller one which fits better). They took my records to be copied I assumed. However when I returned to see the Dr, a chiropractor, she couldn’t locate them so she asked that I bring them back. I told her I was disappointed that she couldn’t review my records for the visit. She gave me a 2 min “massage “ with some instrument. The visit was a waste of time. I asked for a back brace. So they gave me one which I wore home. The back brace was so big and bulky that it seem to exacerbate my problem. So I came back the next day to return it. When I returned I was brought to a more experienced practitioner who try to fit me with the a much smaller brace. I refused this brace too as it didn’t seem to help. She also went over my file and showed me the notes the PA had entered. At that point, I had lost faith in them and did not plan to return. Honestly I don’t know how they are getting so many 5 stars. I don’t know if my experience was a fluke or the reviews are given by family/friends. I’ve given them 3 stars because most everyone is friendly and cheerful.. I believe they mean well but they can’t deliver at least for me.

After my first visit at PARC , I was so impressed with the entire staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable, especially Dr. Good! 10 ⭐️!!Dr. Good took time to discuss my X-rays and let me know what treatments would improve my knee pain. My experience with Dr. Tony has been outstanding. He has a very charismatic personality which lends itself well to his very capable chiropractic abilities. I have had chronic sciatic, piriformis, back and neck pain for the last 18 months. He has taken me from a dark place of pain and discomfort to being able to slowly get back to running, swimming playing tennis and golf. The staff have created an environment here where it is all about the patient-kudos!!

They have many therapies to try, so thats nice. I liked the spinal decompression the best. They are friendly and will work with you. The accupuncture is a different copay, so make sure youre aware of that.

Even before I was showing signs of healing, I was telling others about the new chiropractor center I was going to. The front desk is friendly, attentive and professional. Dr. Tony, my new chiropractor has a great personality, informs you of what he’s doing and adjustment the whole body, communicates with his pt staff discreetly. The pt staff know what they are doing and will help educate on your exercise. The exercises and equipment are like none I’ve ever done before or seen, so by the third appointment I was showing a marked improvement from a pinch nerve(compared to my other chiropractor after twice a week appointments for three weeks with no improvement). And Dr. Good hooked me up with a state of art back brace that has served well for my job that I sit at all day and for a long trip to visit family. I am well taken care of and enjoy being there(great music is played). Can’t wait to try their other services...acupuncture.😉

Ive had chronic pain ask my life and this is the best Physical Therapy place Ive been to. I was extremely pleased with my first visit here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The doctors were thorough, explained their interpretation of my X-rays and offered options based on my personal health goals. Although I have been going to a chiropractor off and on for years, I have never been to a facility that offered such a broad variety of cutting edge treatments.Also, they really honored my time. I travel over an hour to get there, I am promptly waited on and moved through my treatments expeditiously. Most importantly, the improvement in my knee pain DURING THE FIRST VISIT was remarkable. I could not be more pleased, think I’m in love lol !!!Update 4/3/21I have been using this center for several months now. I am highly pleased with their service. I completed a series of hyalouronic acid and ozone shots for my knees, receive acupuncture for my back, hips and knees, physical therapy, chiropractor adjustments and am in leg braces to correct a change in my leg bones among other treatments as they see fit depending on my condition when I get there. While all these technologies have reduced pain, the shots and acupuncture from Jamil have been particularly helpful.A move and a few falls over this time have responded to additional treatments. Because of their care, I am hopeful that I regain my ability to walk freely without knee (or any other) surgery.

I recommend this PT center. I went for lower back pain and found relief. I was taught helpeful exercises, offered various options to address issues, recieved helpful knee and back braces to use at home, had helpful devices such as a tens unit suggested, and was able to have other concerns addressed. When I first started someone even came out to look at the seat in my new car that was causing me pain to try and figure the best setting. Staff is friendly, personable, and welcoming. Very accommodating with appointments and considerate of time concerns. The PT , Tony, is great as well as front and back office staff.

Coming to Pain Arthritis Relief Center has changed my life. I was living with back pain for years and it just wouldnt go away. I came to the Pain Arthritis Relief center and started to receive trigger point injections. Jamiel Hafiz is amazing. He takes his time, palpates and examines before doing any injections. He has an extensive background in musculoskeletal deficiencies . His injections have changed my life and I will be forever grateful. Dr. Good works with him and she is always ready to accommodate and explain any insurance issues or questions that I have. They have a unique (and very thoughtful) way of helping. My issue was achilles tendonitis that had lingered for over a year. Trying to avoid double knee replacement, I received stem cell treatment on both knees. Relief lasted about 7 months, and now the knees are back where they were...very painful. Would have been better to simply have a shot of cortisone. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Had severe neck pain (arthritis). Took me the same day I called. X-rayed and determined what the next steps should be. Have been 6 times now and the relief is unbelievable. This place is the REAL DEAL! From reception, through intake, physical therapy, chiropractic to physicians; the staff is knowledgeable, skillful and able to yield positive results. The environment is upbeat, clean and focused on providing excellent services and care. I had chronic back pain and sciatica and had taken opiates, had back fusion surgery and cortisone shots. PARC got me functioning again, pain-free. I have relocated to Florida and especially miss Dr. Tony, my favorite chiropractor!

I was suffering horribly with nerve pain, was unable to sleep and sit for any period of time. As a gym owner and personal trainer this was becoming a problem for me. Incredible experience here! I was skeptical on how much of a difference one appointment could make for me, but I was experiencing a pretty high level of pain in my back and on my way out of town. I’ve been to physical therapists and chiropractors, but this approach was completely different. It made a huge difference for me, and I felt like I could breathe again as I left that day. The staff is over the top friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been going to see Brian for years for my recurring back pain. They have gotten me out of the biggest pretzels that Ive twisted my back into. My favorite part is that they take a really holistic approach. Its not just chiropractic, its also, physical therapy, acupuncture, exercises, stretches, decompression and RPT! RPT is awesome! After having my XRay I was told Ill get it by Monday which is fine but it is Thursday and after multiple follow ups I still have not received them yet. I repeat please save your time and money and do NOT visit here.

Very nice staff, a refreshing environment and I felt comfortable working with them. I have an auto immune disease and back issues and the physical therapy gave me immediate relief. Unfortunately, I have to get a knee replacement, blood not circulating in my leg and my bones are dying.

The treatment here is like none other. Its an incredible experience that I am so thankful I stumbled upon! I got pain relief from the RPT treatment pretty instantly and the continued care has helped me to stay well! I have never seen a chiropractor before until coming to PARC and seeing Dr. Tony, so I was definitely nervous. I had no need to worry. He is so great at what he does and an incredibly wise practitioner. The compassionate care is really just the cherry on top of a beautiful expereince. And the front desk team... they are just the best! I cant recommend them enough.

I like to say this place runs like a well oiled machine. You check in, put your personals in a locker, immediately get assigned a PT, and go from station to station. Its the best physical therapy place Ive been to. The staff are professional, well trained and courteous. I also commend them on dealing with my insurance company which, as we all know, can be a nightmare. In the future, this is where I will go for all my PT needs.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. The team works together to provide the best care possible. Tony is a gem, he evaluated me in 30 sec and had the team of physical therapist work areas to get me ready for his adjustment. I went into treatment with a 4 pain level came out with a 0. Instant relief was created with each team member giving my body exactly what it asked for in the moment. I’m excited to continue treatment with this team to get my body ready to win a gold medal in Tokyo 2020. If your having any kind of discomfort in your body this is the place for you.
