The only downside is they do not accept insurance, but they give you papers to submit. For ridiculous excuses, many of my services, which ARE medical, get denied by my insurance company. It’s not right considering they do exactly what a doctor would do, but much better.Dr. Spiegel just performed PRP on both my husband and I on rotator cuffs, tornbicep tendons and tennis elbows. These procedures cost us a lot of money out of pocket, but it saved the insurance company hundreds of thousands by not having to do 5different surgeries. I would much rather do PRP with Dr. S than to be put under, cut open and risk losing your life any day. And ladies dealing with hormonal issues; weight gain,, aging, skin care issues, all the latest and greatest….Jennifer IS your gal! Dr. Spiegel’s speciality and experience has been shown in an holistic analysis and diagnosis. I went to see him after many traditional treatments failed to treat my twisted ankle and his assessment led to focus as well on digestion issues that have been a growing problem for over 20 years. For the first time I was diagnosed appropriately and now I am going through treatment. The only less positive thing is being out of network for my insurance.I have been through a few acupuncture treatments for my ankle and I don’t feel any pain anymore.

In August of 1997, at the age of 56, I blew a disc in my lower back. After six weeks under the care of an orthopedic surgeon, I was still in excruciating pain and couldnt stand up straight At this point, I was told that I should be thinking about having spinal surgery. In one last attempt to avoid surgery, I made an appointment with Dr Spiegel. At my first visit, he manipulated my back and I could stand up straight for the first time in six weeks and I was no longer in constant pain. It was like I had experienced a miracle. I was then able to continue playing softball for the next 20 years without having surgery. Since that initial visit and over the next 20+ years, he has sucessfully treated me for strained achilles tendons, tennis elbow, rotator cuff impingement, and pain in just about every other body part. He has been my personal miracle worker. On a scale of 0 to 5, I would rate him as 10+.

Dr. Neil Spiegel, DO is a physician of high character. His holistic approach to the health of the body--physical, chemical and metabolic, is the view from which he assesses our issue. On a number of visits Dr. Spiegel has hosted a medical student who accompanies him when he and I meet. Often times as he brings the medical student up to speed on my issue he will pose questions to the student to help her/him understand how my blood work led Dr. Spiegel to arrive at his conclusions. Dr Speigel has been treating my back since June. He is always curious for the details of my experience and uses integrated thinking to try to pinpoint and explain root causes. I’ve been struggling with severe chronic lower back pain for over a year. After trying many unsuccessful healing modalities, I found Dr Siegel. At my first appointment he examined me and was able to isolate my pain sources well beyond what was shown on my MRI. He sat with me and asked questions and above all listened. I returned for an intensive session of PRP in my lower back. He was so kind, reassuring, and thorough. Dr. Spiegal is extremely knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system and how to promote optimal healing!He is able to, while doing osteopathic manual therapy see connections between the joints, the fascia/soft timber and how different parts of the body connect or not.
