Dr. Denise Morita is one of the best dr i have ever taken my child too. So amazing with my kids and I especially love how she takes her time to explain everything to you and makes sure that all your questions are answered. It’s really nice that she takes so much time with you you never ever feel rushed and the staff there is also very amazing. Love this office

Always friendly and professional. Dr. Williams listens to my concerns and addresses them directly. His MA does a fantastic job of taking blood samples. Really, I can barely feel it when she does it!I have been a patient for over 10 years now. Highly recommend.

Dr. Morita is amazing! Caring, thoughtful, brilliant, and willing to listen and work with multiple approaches to helping our daughter’s seizure disorder. She provided all the prescriptions we felt were worth trying and wants to follow up. She even provided us with a 24/7 email address for emergency contact with her. Wow!

I live in west valley and put off driving to Granger medical parkway because it is much further than the one in west valley. My Dr works at both but is at the west valley location only one day a week. I have been wrong, so wrong for so long. It is worth the drive. It is clean, the staff is friendlier. The reception folks treated me like a real person and not some ghetto trash from west valley. It was fabulous. This is great. I think I need to make all my appointments at this location to build my self esteem so I can feel human again.

I love this place! Dr. Williams is amazing. He is very personable and treats you like a person that help is Genuinely concerned about your well being. And his nurse Denise is just as terrific!!! If they tell you they are going to do something they do and do it quick. Their office staff are very nice too. All of this is why im willing to drive over any hour to see Dr. WILLIAMS.

After seeing multiple doctors to figure out what was wrong with my daughter, seeing a neurologist was our last hope. Dr. Denise Marita was incredible! She was very in tuned with connecting with my child in order to find a solution. I highly recommend her!

I felt pressured receiving numerous text messages to write a glowing review. And, I feel if I tell the truth about my experience I will be treated worse. I would not have found out my foot was broken if I had not contacted them. They messed up my thyroid medicine. And, they did not offer a follow up appointment or extra medicine when they found out my foot was not just sprained but broken. I probably should have a cast not a boot just to make sure it heals properly. I should have been given an MRI in the beginning because that is the only way to know if a ligament has been torn and needs to be re-attached and surgery is the only way to correct that. Not correcting something like a torn ligament will give me foot problems the rest of my life. I just get the feeling they dont care. And, this place combs through your medical records and looks for any information they can sell. Since I started going here I have gotten a number of solicitations and actually one person admitted they got my information from my doctor.

Dr. Williams takes the time to hear your concerns and address them. He has an easy going, cheerful bedside manner. I have seen him for three years and have not had a negative experience. He has won my husband and my loyalty.

So much closer to my house, and such a pleasant staff, and I truly felt a very warm welcome as I sat in waiting room. Im pleased in every way with the switch to a closer office. Went in a few weeks back and had a great experience. I was in a rush and wanting to avoid going to Urgent Care. They were able to schedule me an appointment for within an hour of when I called.Dr. Williams was very personable and helpful. I was in and out quickly.

Dr. Morita is wonderful. We have had nothing but positive experiences. She is knowledgeable and personable is truly concerned with each patient.

I’ve never liked going to the doctor. However, Doctor Williams and his staff have changed my mind. Not only are they friendly and welcoming but they are efficient as well. I am confident that when I have to go I’m getting great care. Also, I love that they open early which helps with appointments before work.

Doctor Williams is great. My only issue is that when I came in with an appointment (arrived 5 minutes before my time), I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour, coughing, with a severe painful ear ache and sore throat, before I was actually called back. They said they were waiting for a room to open up, but with an appointment Id reasonably expect to be seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The staff and doctor are great, just need to get their system improved a bit to avoid immense frustration for someone like me who really needed to be seen and to get meds and get back home to rest.

Staff was very friendly and nice, building was clean and organized. Had a nice feel! My experience there was very pleasant :)

The doctors nor front desk staff seem to care about the patients. EVERY SINGLE one of my prescriptions are wrong for my diabetes, thank god i had enough to cover the weekend or i would have been hospitalized until able to get the correct meds. I spoke with them about the problem and they didnt care what so ever! Maybe they will understand the severity of Type 1 Diabetes when they kill someone for there lack of giving a damn about patients and there health conditions.

I called in the morning to set up an appointment for that day. When I showed up, they told me my appointment was next week. Luckily, they are able to find another appointment later that day.

I didn’t think Dr. Depew was very knowledgeable, plus he gave me a prescription for medicine that isn’t FDA approved (I found out when I went to fill it and my insurance wouldn’t cover it). This happened on a Thursday, couldn’t get a hold of anyone on Friday, so had to go the entire weekend with no medication. Wish I could get my copay back, complete waste of time and money.

I like all the staff here. I like I can get all labs done right in the office. I like its close to me.

Dr. Williams is terrific. His support staff failed to send prescriptions as requested. The doctor on call helped get them sent over the weekend, after a couple of calls.

Dr. Depew is fantastic! Super personable and easy to talk to, actually takes time to listen to any concerns you may have and provides quality service.

Dr Morita was warm, kind, patient, and very good with my (normally) shy 2 year old. She took time to explain things to me and answer all my questions.

Love Dr depew! Great humor and bedside manor.. nurses are great. I did not like the free by area filled with pediatric patients as parents allow them to run around and the staff just lets them I was sick one day and a child came running to my side with a no caring parent letting by the little one just run around and right up to me that I faked cough and tried to tell the uncaring parent you don’t want her to get what I’ve got. But she continued to let her kill d run back and forth and up to me. Very irritating when you don’t feel good. Maybe a partition?

Although I was feeling so ill. I had a very good evperience from the receptionist, my doctors MA, and Dr Depew. Thank you for caring about me.

I like Dr. Depew, he very respectful and thorough. I like everyone in the back office as well. My only comment that I feel would be helpful for your training purposes would be toward the person who checked me in on my last visit. She was not very welcoming and was overly insistent that I pay my balance of $8.50. I hadn’t yet received my insurance statement, and said no not yet. Did she need to ask 3 times lol?? I was embarrassed. Front desk clerks must double as the Collection Department :)
