I was trying to install a new toilet but it would not sit flush with the floor, and it was too high to use a shim. I called to ask if he could do the install for me. He helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and we came up with a solution that allowed me to finish the job myself! Saved me a bunch of money! Very honest and helpful.
