No extra expense spent on over the top updates, so I know I am not paying for the office remodel. All the staff is genuine and friendly. Best of all, Dr DeVries has never recommended any dental work that wasn’t necessary. He is thorough but does my keep finding just that other tooth that needs be worked on every time you go in. I highly recommend Silver Rudge Dental. Dr. DeVries is easy to communicate with and cares about your well being. Office staff is very cordial. Dental Hygienist (Annette) is very efficient (doesn’t hurt!!!)

Dr. Devries & his staff provided the most competent and thorough dental care I have ever received, by far. I expect my teeth would be in significantly better shape if I had found them sooner. After discussing treatment judgment calls with the conservative dentist, I think it unlikely that a cavity due to prior dental work would have cascaded to a broken filling, a probably unnecessary crown, and a replaced crown with pain that was only recently resolved with Sensodyne. Dr. Devries’ education is excellent, and he appears to be on top of his game. He was able to satisfy an engineers curiosity with more solid technical explanations off the top of his head than other dentists were able to offer.From what Ive observed and heard, his staff appear to be selected for more than just pearly white smiles and friendly personalities, but for expertise. Annette is well-qualified and was able to answer most of my questions before Dr. Devries came in. She checked several things my prior hygienists never had: oral cancer screening, complete and quantitative gum line tracking, double x-rays to check filling work, and catching an area where I need to do a better job brushing. Everyone else had always said I was doing great to flatter me or something, when I knew I wasn’t even flossing much. She made sure my eyes were protected during grinding procedures with safety glasses, which should have been a no-brainer, but all other offices have neglected them. Even when a sub was needed, they were careful to get a well-qualified candidate (Christine I think) who performed the first gentle and fully-effective-the-first-time local anesthetic injection I can remember receiving. My follow up and second checkup visits were just as impressive. I appreciated their extra accommodation of a difficult schedule.In my search for the best local dentist, I came upon far too many reviews based on bedside manner and social comfort. Of course the professionals at Silver Ridge Dental Care are friendly and tactful, but much more importantly they are highly competent, thorough, and communicate needed feedback. Make sure youre getting that kind of dental care.

I absolute love Dr DeVries and their team. I feel like they honestly look out for my well being without trying to upsell me on anything. They also take great care of my 4 kids! It’s a little silly but I find myself wanting to ask my friends who their dentist is and tell them to switch haha!

My teeth are now clean. However, to pay $120 for a hygienist to spend no more than 15-20 minutes on my teeth seems a bit steep. I believe that is with a 10% discount for paying at the time of service. It well could be the going rate but....
